Commercial maps normally have mistakes built in to prevent unauthorized
duplication. Of course, they don't tell you this...and several times I have
gotten totally lost as a result of trying to use maps that were deliberately
wrong. It is quite possible that NIMA is simply following accepted practice in
the cartographic trade.

Howsomever, I *still* don't think NATO bombed the Chinese embassy by
mistake... I think they knew *exactly* what they were doing.
