OK, how about having anti-gun, anti-hate, anti-sex, anti-tax-evasion,
anti-militia, anti-Pagan, anti-whatever messages on all gov't sites?
Just have ALL gov't homepages start with a few screens of anti-stuff
proscriptions - in fact, REPLACE all those tedious gov't pages with
the same warning messages, that'd REALLY cut down on costs! Yow.
