If you can be held responsible for writing something --or producing a work of art or fiction--which someone then uses --or choses to immitate--in the commission of a crime, then everyone's life suddenly becomes very dangerous, indeed. Does this mean that crime and mystery writers will be feeling the pinch next, since they do write about and often explain how crimes are committed. Sounding more like Stalinist Russia every day.
