The notion that you can be held criminally responsible for teaching someone something
that is later used in the commission of a crime is a dangerous notion.Teaching, then,
becomes a potentially dangerous activity...unless, of course, one teaches strictly by
the government approved text. And even then, one careless speculation and...

Boy--Freedom of speech sure is closing down fast. The Palladin Press and the Oliver
Stone  cases are really disturbing. If you can be held responsible for writing 
something
--or producing a work of art or fiction--which someone then uses --or choses to
immitate--in the commission of a crime, then everyone's life suddenly becomes very
dangerous, indeed. Does this mean that crime and mystery writers will be feeling the
pinch next, since they do write about and often explain how crimes are committed.

Sounding more like Stalinist Russia every day. And I'm not talking about Communism,
either.
