Far fewer know that the United States government is a corporation. And far fewer have any inkling of what that means. But then, why should this surprise, when there are still millions who have no clue that the Federal Reserve banks are corporations, and privately owned? Openly privately owned. But still a surprise to many, and still the many simply will not �believe� even when offered written proof. So, how many will believe the following, when logic must offer some of the facts? A corporation is chartered. Now, there are going to be arguments that the Constitution is the charter for the United States government. I am afraid not. The Constitution is simply the by-laws of the corporation; the authority for the United States government to exist came from a superior authority, in man�s government. In other words, through a religious mandate which is basically the only manner in which rule over man has ever been accomplished. And please, do not argue with me about Communism; that is a religious movement as well. For reference, see the Talmud. So, to exist as a corporation, some authority issued a charter. And, to be a corporation, someone must hold the stock in that corporation. Now, I think I know where this stock is, but it is of little importance, as long as you or I do not have any shares in our possession. When you begin to understand this, the fraud which is used to convince you to contract with that corporation becomes apparent. And the necessity of that fraud also becomes apparent. In the first paragraph, the King of England granted our fore fathers license to settle and colonize America. The definition for license is as follows: "In Government Regulation authority to do some act or carry on some trade or business, in its nature lawful but prohibited by stature, except with the permission of the civil authority or which would otherwise be unlawful." Bouvier's Law Dictionary, 1914 The cry of freedom and self determination became the rallying cry for the colonists. The slogan "Don't Tread on Me" was the standard borne by the militias. The Revolutionary War was fought and concluded when Cornwallis surrendered to Washington at Yorktown. As Americans we have been taught that we defeated the king and won our freedom. The Treaty of Peace of 1783 will totally contradict our having won the Revolutionary War. When Cornwallis surrendered to Washington he surrendered the battle, not the war. Read article of Capitulation signed by Cornwallis at Yorktown. Jonathan Williams recorded in his book 'Legions of Satan', 1781, that Cornwallis revealed to Washington during his surrender that "a holy war will now begin on America, and when it is ended America will be supposedly the citadel of freedom, but her missions will unknowingly be loyal subjects to the Crown." ..."in less than two hundred years the whole nation will be working for divine world government. That government that they believe to be divine will be the British Empire." Quote from Federal Code Title 26, you will see just one situation where the king (The Crown) is still collecting a tax from those that receive a benefit from him� CITE- 26 USC Sec. 1491 As further evidence, not that any is needed, a percentage of taxes that are paid are to enrich the king/queen of England. For those that study Title 26 you will recognize IMF, which means Individual Master File, all tax payers have one. To read one you have to be able to break their codes using file 6209 which is about 467 pages. These codes read as follows, IMF 300-309, Barred Assessment, CP 55 generated valid for MFT-30, which is the code for 1040 form. IMF 310-399 reserved, the BMF 300-309 reads U.S./U.K.. Tax Treaty Claims. The long and short of it is nothing changed, the government just made it plainer, the 1040 is the payment of a foreign tax to the king/queen of England. WE HAVE BEEN IN FINANCIAL SERVITUDE SINCE THE TREATY OF 1783 The Constitution no longer carries any power of it own, but drives its power from the new sovereign, the conqueror. The reason for this is the Constitution derived its power from the people, when they were defeated, so was the Constitution. The following is the definition of Conquest. Further Evidence: Social Security "The social Security system may be accurately described as a form of Social Insurance, enacted pursuant to Congress' power to "spend money in aid of the 'general welfare'," Helvering vs. davis [301 U.S., at 640] Again, misleading. Research has shown that the original decisions concerning Social Security were quite different than what we �believe� today. Simply put, calling Social Security a social insurance program would not be allowed under the terms of the Constitution, as this is simply transfer payments. This is a Corporate capacity operating in commerce under the Law Merchant. We are born of man and woman. This State is an artificial entity. All Entities, which are Fictions, must be registered to do business within this artificial entity known as This State, which is a Corporate structure. The Registrant is the Resident Agent. The Resident Agent affixes a proper appellation on behalf of the Fiction. This Fiction�s name is documented in all capital letters. These documents are used in the transaction of public business. Look over all the documents that you have �voluntarily� filed with this State for the transaction of public business. Each document establishes the presence of an Operation of Law, a statutory activity. This Statutory activity is a commercial revenue taxable activity, benefit, privilege, or franchise. This taxable activity is imposed as an excise, but could be a duty, or impost. This artificial creation, the Fiction, can not function without a representative, a real live flesh and blood man. This representative is the one who signs any all documents used in the connection for the transaction of public business on behalf of the Artificial entity, the Fiction. This representative has �volunteered� to become the Resident Agent, and steps into the world of statutory Privileges. So, some person must act and make decisions for the fiction. We "elect" a representative (not really- read the book "VOTESCAM), to act as resident agent. (The following is a discussion, ongoing, between a couple of men who are far into my series (as far as you can go!), and it sheds some more light on this subject: ah! So a REPRESENTATIVE represents a fiction. If someone is your representative, you admit you're a fiction and hence, in this context, exist in the charitable trust, but an AGENT acts on behalf of a literal person. that's why David said I should tell the Senators that they are my AGENTS not that they REPRESENT me. Now, why does the Constitution call the lower house the "House of Representatives" rather than House of Agents? It must mean that citizenship was meant as a legal fiction from the very beginning, even before the 14th amendment. This may be because of the direct democratic method of selection specified for Representatives. But I don't understand the cause and effect relationship here, only that democracy tends to go along with surrender of all personal rights. I've read through this a number of times now, trying to completely understand it. I'm afraid I don't (at least completely)! Are you sure the author means "Representative", as in member of the House of Representatives? If so, (and I read it the same way), then David G is right- the Constitution is a flawed document. Everything I've read since I first learned this awful truth has supported his contention. The story of the "forgotten" amendment, the original 13th amendment, is important, in my opinion, to understanding this. Smart men realized from the beginning that lawyers were trying to hose us, and acted to stop this, which may have been a large cause of the War of 1812. Anyway, I think you've got it right. If you agree your rep is your representative, then you admit that you are part of the legal fiction. If you use the term agent, then you are referring to yourself as an individual person. [Now; this is true to a point, but this is how simple it is; you can not have an agent who works for you in conjunction with the corporation known as the United States government. That corporation exists for a different reason than what you �believe.� � David G.]) The representative, this Registrant, has stepped outside the Protections and Liberty of the State Republic and has �volunteered� to enter the privileged world of the Social Democracy wherein this State acquires Legal title, and You the former Man of liberty, are bequeathed Equitable Title under privileges secured by this State. As this States secures Legal title to all property, you the Equitable possessor, must secure the permission of this State to use said property. This is where the Constructive Trust arises as an operation of law, requiring a Resident Agent to be accountable for the actions of the Trust. (What is the Constructive Trust they are referring to? When you look it up in a law dictionary, it is simply a trust established by fraud. In other words, the state uses fraud to induce you into a position where the state can feed off of your wealth, and your time.) Now the problem arises when the �Resident Agent� is unaware of this relationship, and saunters into a Legislative Tribunal and proceeds to Answer, Plead or Traverse. A legislative tribunal is any Agency created by the Public Trust under its constituted Statutory limitations to administer the transactions connected with Public Business. The Constructive Trust is an operation of law. You the registrant, who �volunteered,� becomes the Manager of this State�s Legal property, as the Resident Agent bequeathed with Equitable benefits. Never answer, never plead, never traverse when coerced by a Legislative Tribunal (Another word for this is a court. What you think is a court, as in the court house, but which is nothing of the sort. - David) If you do, you loose. The Legislative Tribunal cares not what your defense would be, only that you make a defense such that the Agency can secure the Personam on behalf of the Rem [grammatical niggle, they're confusing the dative with the nominative -- they mean Person and Res in the nominative] The Question then becomes how much the Libel will be, which is imposed upon Rem. This Libel imposed upon the Rem will be charged to the Resident Agent. (That�s you, as in taxes or fines, which are actually one and the same to the corporation. � David) . Simply put, you must present not only a non appearance but a non response. Any written and/or oral position presented as a response, will be considered as a traverse, answer, or pleading in the connection with the transactions of Public Business by the Agency. The best action for the support of a Non-Appearance, is statutory discovery, a non responsive action. This statutory discovery is not a response, but a question that must be answered by the Agency. Statutory discovery is found within this State�s administrative procedures act. Commonly known as a Public Information Act, or Freedom of Information Act request. So, don't participate at all. If you go into their courts and argue, or even just appear, then you admit that you are part of their fiction. Interesting.
