"By...the...authority...vested...in...me...as...President...by...the... Constitution...and...the...laws...of...the...United...States...of...America." Very powerful words, aren't they? These words of authority have been and are being used to corrupt and destroy the authority of the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America! Otherwise, Executive Order 13107, known as "IMPLEMENTATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS TREATIES", would have been met with passionate objection. Those in Congress, elected to serve this great Republic, have an obligation to scrutinize this executive order and other executive orders. These orders are written in very definitive and powerful language, yet at times deliberately obfuscating the intended agenda. These decrees by executive fiat affect the lives, welfare and future of every American. Accessing the executive orders is very easy to do. Has Congress neglected to scrutinize and, thus, provided no objection to this executive order? I would say so, for they seldom read the bills they sign their own names to in their entirety. Perhaps there are those "on the Hill" who think most Americans are not only too busy, but too stupid to understand executive orders, and in particular Executive Order 13107. As a result of that thought process, could it be that evil is being perpetrated on the Republic of the United States of America? The definition of "evil": 1. Morally bad or wrong; wicked; depraved. 2. Causing pain or trouble; harmful; injurious. 3. Threatening or bringing misfortune; unlucky; disastrous; unfortunate; as, an evil hour. 4. Resulting from or based on conduct regarded as immoral; as, an evil reputation. Your right to freedom and liberty, spattered and splashed with the blood of the American soldier, has been ripped from the pages of the Constitution of the United States of America and has been replaced with the writing of Executive Order 13107! When? On December 10, 1998. And you ask: What is Executive Order 13107? For the purpose of information and review, let us take a look at the definition of an executive order. 1. An executive order is a presidential decree or edict that assumes the force of law if it is not challenged by Congress within 30 days of signing. They are printed in the Federal Register. 2. These laws are not passed by the House or the Senate and create an end-run around the Constitution, governing by fiat. 3. These laws are unconstitutional because the Constitution does not afford any person the right to create laws by himself that negate the Constitution. How many executive orders have been signed into law? Too numerous to mention individually. As of May 31, 1999, Clinton has written over 200 executive orders. Some are classified and are not available for public view. However, a list of all the executive orders is viewed by accessing the Federal Register. The words "Executive Order" has the sound of a memo written by the president of a corporation. And as you continue to read, think about that analogy in terms of how it applies to you as an American. The language and text of Executive Order 13107, Implementation of Human Rights Treaties, may be difficult to read and understand. To clarify the import of this executive order, reference is made to an article written by Joseph Farah. "From where do our rights descend? The Bill of Rights? No. The Constitution? No. The Federal government? No. The United Nations? Certainly not. "But, apparently, that's what Bill Clinton thinks. For earlier this month, Dec. 10 to be exact, he issued another one of his infamous executive orders--this time on 'the implementation of human rights treaties.' In Executive Order 13107, Clinton sets up a new federal bureaucracy for the purpose of implementing UN treaties, whether ratified by the US Senate or not. And that federal bureaucracy will implement the treaties on the UN's terms. "Sound like a deal? It gets worse. "Though President Clinton said he issued the order to further his goal of promoting human rights around the world, it's important to understand exactly how the U.N. defines human rights." The quiet storm should start building right about now. "That definition is offered in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which talks about the right to freedom of thought, conscience, religion, opinion, and expression. All good stuff, until you realize whom the ultimate authority is. Who is the sovereign that imparts such blessings upon the populace of the world?" The following comment is particularly interesting in light of the current events...and to your future: "The answer to that question is stated unequivocally in Article 29 of the U.N. document, which states: 'These rights and freedoms may in no case be exercised contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations.'" Let's look at those last few words again: ..."contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations." For President Clinton who must define the words "is" and "sex" according to his interpretation, there seems to be no definition failure regarding the sum and substance of Article 29 of the U.N. document. Continuing with Mr. Farah's comments: "That pretty much explains who the 'massa' is and where the plantation boundaries end. What a stark contrast between the U.N. Declaration of Human Rights, and the founding documents of the United States of America. The Declaration of Independence and Constitution both make it clear that basic human rights are inalienable, meaning they descend from the ultimate Sovereign, the Creator, God. Therefore, no human authority, no government, no criminal, no individual can abrogate or abridge those rights. "Remember, any right government can bestow upon a people, it can just as easily take away. This is a profound principle Americans have forgotten." It would be wise to read that again and commit these words to memory: "Remember, any right government can bestow upon a people, it can just as easily take away." Continuing: "The day they accept the principle that rights descend from government authority is the day they lose their freedoms. It's as simple as that." You would think that government officials would have an inherent allegiance to the Constitution of the United States of America, thereby being grounded in an inseparable belief of God and country. However, factors such as intimidation, the temptation of greed and power, but specifically--lack of "red, white and blue"--describe government officials who support the president of this country, who still remains in office amid his life of lies and socio-pathological drama. Unfortunately, it seems as though this president needs to feed his frenzy to leave in his much-talked-about legacy, the legacy as a war president-- or is it president of war--or president during a war--or the president who started WWIII? A legacy now consisting of the pitiful bodies of innocent elderly too exhausted to move; men, women and, above all, children in suffering and pain, in inhuman conditions together with mental despair, where death, in many cases, is the only relief. Based on another report, a legacy which has left thousands of refugees to step in piles of their own feces, facing disease inspite of expected supplies of aid. A legacy which is destroying nature's beauty and bounty. A legacy which, from all appearances, will serve to destroy increments of civilization and creatures. Destruction of increments of civilization and creatures. An interesting subject. Some persons subscribe to the theory that the world is not prepared for continued procreation. Now what is the subject of Executive Order 13107? Oh, yes. Implementation of Human Rights Treaties. Continuing with Mr. Farah's comments: "In effect, that is what Executive Order 13107 decrees. It's an attempt by Bill Clinton to persuade Americans that human rights descend not from God but from worldly government authorities�with the ultimate authority represented by the United Nations. "In other words, the U.N. believes people have the right to dissent, unless it's a dissent against the United Nations. It reminds me of the old Soviet model. There it was even more bluntly stated: 'There can be no place for freedom of speech, press, and so on for the foes of socialism.' Basically, the U.N. has rewritten that maxim: 'There can be no place for freedom of speech, press, and so on for the foes of the United Nations.' "The U.N. practices what it preaches, too. In Bosnia, the U.N. forces have seized control of radio and TV stations broadcasting pro-Serbian news and propaganda. In fact, U.S. troops participated in those raids. How does one justify such actions under the U.S. Constitution, which explicitly recognizes the rights of all people-not just Americans-to speak their minds and express themselves freely?" Keep in mind that Mr. Farah wrote this article on ????????????? And he continues: "Welcome to the Brave New World of U.N. doublespeak. And President Clinton is dragging the U.S. deeper into this quagmire than has any other president in history." If you take the time to review a few of our military involvements particularly under this president, your mental silver screen will provide you a picture series of presidential induced involvements at the very least questionable; at the very worst, illegal and unconstitutional Declaration of War. Hello? Is anybody home? Well, "Stupid is as stupid does." Continuing: "Not only does Executive Order 13107 promote an unworthy and dangerous goal, but the road to that objective, namely the executive order itself the way Bill Clinton has employed it, is a corrupt and unconstitutional process. "Executive orders are supposed to be a presidential tool for running the executive branch of government. Clinton has used them freely during his terms in office to make policy affecting other branches of government, the states and individuals. Now, with 13107, he's attempting to implement international treaties! Executive orders were never intended to be used as imperial orders. "Once again, though, the only people with the authority to curb the misuse of executive orders are the members of Congress, who have 30 days from the issuance of an order to reject it by majority vote. Trouble is, they seldom bother to read them. And the press seldom bothers to cover them-even when they represent sweeping new interpretations of human rights and compromises of U.S. national sovereignty." This last paragraph is significant for the following reasons. Is Congress failing to keep abreast of executive orders because it presumes more important the maintaining of their own status as government officials, dedicating more time to self-serving agendas? It is not that Congress is not aware that executive orders exist. However, in light of the current political atmosphere of this administration, which now includes war, should not Congress be more vigilant? Or should Americans have been more vigilant of Congress? It is time to change that. Be more vigilant of Congress. Be more vigilant of this administration. It is way past time to do what is right. America, you have forgiven. Will you forgive again when it is too late, only to see that you are now walking in your own excrement? Funny how taxpayers continue to pay and pay and pay. For what? For whom? For how long? If you were to put all the Americans together who say "What can I do?", how many people would there be? This administration continues to place in harms way America's freedom, liberty and future--a dismal and depressing thought; nevertheless factual. Is this a sign of America's mortality? Or is this a sign of America's stupidity? No question there is egregious representation and this egregious representation exists as a result of our lack of interest, our lack of concern, our lack of a reality check. This is called apathy. We are riding the train of apathy; destination ruination. But by the same token, and quite remarkably so, it appears that the American people have never been more savvy. Americans know the truth. People are questioning what is going on with the DoJ, DoD, FBI, BATF, MJFT, FEMA, CIA and all the other venom-oriented "DDT" alphabet agencies and bureaucrats who seek the ruination of these United States of America. In corporate America, egregious representation and/or questionable behavior is not tolerated. (But then again we have the Peter Principle.) And when the president acts independently on his own and for selfish reasons, he gives birth to discontent. This mordacious combination of egregious representation and/or questionable behavior results in morale problems at all levels and dooms the corporation to breakdown and failure. Sound familiar? However, with this president, there is no place for him to go, as illustrated in the Peter Principle--except, of course, to take our country with him to hell in a handbasket. Bill Clinton may be acting on a master plan. However, acting independently outside his sworn duty as president of the United States is a serious mistake. This chasm which he is creating between himself and the people of the United States of America is giving birth to failure. Why? Because he continues to override the Constitution of the United States by writing executive orders. There are no secrets in Washington. . .not anymore. The truth weighs heavy. Every day, every hour and every minute, the truth is beating at the door of the Clinton Administration--with the whisper sounds of death and threats and corruption. The truth cuts through each layer of corruption each and every moment of daylight hours into the night, when the soul should be at rest. But there is no rest, not for the wicked. The fact is Washington should be getting sick of Washington, and most probably that is a fact. The so-called polls are not only an insult, but a joke. The journalistic pundits lack the star-studded TV luster. They're running out of scripts. They qualify as stand-up comedy. People are talking. The American people want to keep Old Glory, the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. People are watching you, Washington. Mr. Farah concludes: "It's time for Congress not only to reject Executive Order 13107, but also to review, in the context of the ongoing impeachment process, all of President Clinton's more than 200 executive orders. In both substance and in intent, they represent one of the worst abuses of power in an administration characterized by abuse of power." Hear no evil? See no evil? Speak no evil? Not anymore. We hear it. We see it. We're talking about it. So, if the American people appear to be more savvy than at any other time in political history, why is it that we do not support the truth? Who is stepping forward to see that generation after generation will be provided moral character and truth in leadership based on the Constitution of the United States of America? Who will be the one to take that step to ensure that the Constitution of the United States of America is preserved, and that its own language will not be used by this administration to destroy itself? Who will be the American who cares for its future, its freedoms and its liberty? Who will be the American to lead Congress to reclaim its authority? Permit the introduction of Congressman Helen Chenoweth. The Honorable Helen Chenoweth has filed an historic lawsuit against Bill Clinton regarding Executive Order 13061. To quote Congressman Chenoweth: ..."AHRI (American Heritage Rivers Initiative) would take YOUR hard-earned tax dollars and spend them on a new, expensive federal bureaucracy to control rivers and land across America. "Remember, thanks to our Constitution and it's Separation of Powers, the President can't spend any tax dollars unless Congress has approved that expense. "Wisely, my fellow Congressmen saw that AHRI was a bogus program. "It's designed to waste taxpayer's money and give radical environmentalists unlimited control over America's rivers. "And Bill Clinton realized that AHRI was not going to get Congress' important 'stamp of approval.' "That's why Clinton decided to ignore Congress, ignore the Constitution, and ignore the American people. "He signed EXECUTIVE ORDER 13061 and effectively began STEALING your tax dollars to support his liberal program! "Bluntly, there is no federal law allowing Clinton to create this program.
