I have yet to find a law that authorizes an Executive Order and have been
searching for several months. Does anyone know by what law these are
authorized? If they are not authorized then they are bogus and should be
removed from the Federal Register as ravings from a lunatic President, not
just Clinton, but all former Presidents as well. Obviously the Constitution
does not give the President the authority to make laws.
