Subject matter which should be able to be pulled up is a listing of material on the bible; in particular the Guttenberg Bible. A friend of mine has an original Guttenberg Bible in German, however....and I guess it is worth plenty, but he doesn't care about that. So....the information re Guttenberg in particular gives data... Also my interest in Daniel is, when did they change the name High Priest, to President......which was most unusual; also in the Revelations, anyone who changes or butchers the bible, is in for it; for it looks like even Jerry Falwell, will have much for which to atone, since he now has his own transalation, copyrighted, of the bible. The bible I have, an ancestor who was a Greek Latin Scholar, etc., was in on the revision when the Delegates to the Clarendon Press met in the late 1870 period up to 1899....this bible is the SS Teachers Edition, hand sewn silk, which was given to each of the Delegates who helped to revise or whatever, this particular Bible....and the dediction to the King of course, is remarkable. If one really considers what the bible is, it is the basis for the law....the only book the Pilgrims had when hitting the Plymouth Rock, was the bible.....the bible is a book of knowledge; it holds secrets yet to be deciphered and sometimes I think, the secret to the atom bomb is contained therein...coded, of course - but when, well who knows. Some believe the Pharoahs of old, and the individuals in the bible whose faces shined, used some type of a radiant paint or something....which eventually killed them. There are records in modern days, as of late, where some individuals have been buried in cement who were exposed to high levels of radiation..... I still wonder why my ancestors, the Calverts of Maryland, were buried in lead coffins....which seemed strange....and then, these dreadful DNA experts in Maryland snooping in graves..... DNA is like the Gallup Poll; chances are, they could be wrong.....because nobody yet has a sample of every person sitting on the planet earth....only God, who even knows the number of hairs upon our heads....and that, is all. Next they will be going into the Garden of Eden, looking for God's DNA.....then we will know if Adam and Eve were monkies,, or just one and only one, was God's child. Colleen
