Here is list of disposition of EO's issued by President; when my boss was Mayor he had a lot of Proclamations at th request of the Jaycees usually, who were always wanting people to know they were thre, and how great they were.....they would write their own Mr. Wonderful Proclamations for the Mayor's signature; he always set these carefully aside........ usually, like the Bilderbergers....you have a bunch of non-elected king makers who want to run the government, without a vote....but on the big business side, they do pack a clout with the Republicans and now the Labor movement - but no man in Labor, even the head man, will ever receive an invitation from the Prince of the Netherlands.....like a masonic order, you may go to a room and sit with a King, but you still return to your be it ever so humble home, where you are supposed to be the King or Queen in your own palace. EO's like everything else - the word emergency.....an emergency must exist before they go into effect.....why did JFK sign the EO where the USA would print their own money, where it lay on his desk the day he was killed - and the bankers at Chase Manhatton wonder why they alwys get the blame? Well all during the phoney Cold War, Chase Manhatton still maintained a bank, in this dreadful communistic city called Moscow....where the Russian women banked their money, in mink coats.....whioe the workers, played Karl Marx, who also hated jews.
