Fluorides and Population Behavior Modification
in Literature and Government
"In his book Fluoride: The Freedom Flight, Dr. Hans Moolenburgh
stated in 1987, that, at a meeting of general practitioners in
Holland, a health official stated that he had had experience in New
Guinea, and that the condition of the teeth of the inhabitants was
excellent. Moolenburgh pointed out to the audience that a pamphlet,
"Fluoride Facts", which had been distributed by that official, showed
that, although there was no fluoridation in Indonesia, the part of
New Guinea which is occupied by Indonesian forces contrary to the
wishes of many of the inhabitants, has been fluoridated."
[ LE Editor note: In other words, despite the fact that the
inhabitants had perfect teeth, because they were in opposition to the
Indonesian government, their water supply was fluoridated. Since
proponents maintain that "dental health" is the reason for
fluoridation, the act would be illogical unless fluoridation was to
chemically suppress the population in opposition to the Indonesian
government. ]
Dr. Moolenburgh also reported in that book that:
" When 1971 was drawing to a close, I received a paper containing a
strange story. This story was to haunt us repeatedly throughout the
long, drawn out battle. It was a story resembling science fiction -
bizarre and unbelievable...It told of a chemical engineer, Mr.
Perkins, who related how immediately after World War II he was one of
the Americans put into the well-known I.G. Farben Company in Germany.
There, he discovered that I.G. Farben had developed plans during the
war to fluoridate the occupied countries, because it had been found
that fluoridation caused slight damage to a specific part of the
brain. [ LE Editor Note: the hippocampus] This damage had a very
peculiar effect. It made it more difficult for the person affected to
defend his freedom. He became more docile toward authority."
" Dr. Moolenburgh also said that he had met a Belgian named Joris,
who told him that during the war he had been active in shipping
fluoride to Russia. He asked him what they were doing with so much
fluoride, and they told him that they put it in the drinking water of
the POW camps. They said that it kept the Germans calm."
Dr. Moolenburgh pointed out that:
" Twenty-five percent of the major tranquilizers are connected with
fluoride." ( LE Editor: This quite true)
"It appears that all the main military camps in both the United
States and in Australia are supplied with fluoridated water,
although, of course, most of those drinking the water are adults
whose teeth have been formed for many years. (LE Editor: fluoride
proponents stress that fluoride benefits childrens teeth most ). Some
places with "volatile" populations, such as Singapore and Chile, were
early participants in the process to fluoridate their populations.
However, fluoridation has now been abolished in Chile, since
Professor Albert Schatz showed in 1976 that the infant mortality rate
increased in the fluoridated area."
Shaltz stated that "one can see the lethal effect of fluoridation
within the first year of life in terms of increased infant mortality
due to acute toxicity of fluoride." ( LE Editor Note: Chemical

This suggested effect of the ingestion of fluorides on parts of the
brain was mentioned in the Victorian Legislative Council by the
parliamentarian, Mr. Harley Dickenson, and is recorded in the
official Hansard report of the proceedings of the Council on August
12, 1987: " At the end of the second world war, the United States
government senf Charles Elliot Perkins, a research worker in
chemistry, biochemistry, physiology and pathology, to take charge of
the vast I.G. Farben chemical plants in Germany. While there, he was
told by German chemists of a scheme which had been worked out by them
during the war and adopted by the German General Staff. This scheme
was to control the population in any given area through mass
medication of drinking water. In this scheme, sodium fluoride
occupied a prominent place. Repeated doses of infinitesimal amounts
of fluoride will in time reduce an individual's power to resist
domination by slowly poisoning and narcotizing a certain area of the
brain, and will thus make him submissive to the will of those who
wish to govern him. Both the Germans and the Russians added sodium
fluoride to the drinking water of prisoners of war to make them
stupid and docile."
Dr. Moolenburgh stated that "scientists in the camps of both the
opponents and the proponents have always dismissed this story as pure
poppycock, but it had a life of its own and reared its head time and
time again."

In the English translation of the Russian book Fluorine in
Stomatology and Hygiene (Gabovich and Ovrutskiy, 1977) the authors
state: "From the above, it becomes evident that fluorine, affected
metabolism in nerve cells and disturbing receptor function and the
transmission of nerve impulses, can influence the function of higher
sections of the central nervous system."

In 1972, the Australian Medical Journal contained an article by Dr.
Stephen Boyden, of the Urban Biology Group, Australian National
University. He stated "...it is important to appreciate that the
first symptoms of exposure to many toxic chemicals are not
physiological, by PSYCHOLOGICAL, and include such symptoms as
confusion, personality changes, fatigue, loss of memory and mental
dullness."

In 1978, the Australian Journal of Public Administration, Vol 38,
No.3, reported that " the Puckapunyal Army Camp had been fluoridated
since 1972 "Under directions of the Commonwealth government". The
Army Camp at Bandiana is fluoridated, although it draws its water
from Wodonga, which is not fluoridated. It is thus obvious that
specific arrangements have been made to fluoridate at least some
Australian army TRAINING camps which obtain their water from
non-fluoridated areas."

The story that ingesting fluoride has a "docility" effect on the
consumer is mentioned in the 1990 book by Isobel Hansen, a nurse in
America who, for many years, has closely studied fluoridation
reports. Jansen was published in Fluoride, the official journal of
the International Society for Fluoride Research, and numerous
scientific journals, and was listed in the World Who's Who of Women,
Directory of Distinguished Americans, Distinguished Women of the 20th
Century, and Who's Who in the World. Jansen printed a letter to the
York (Nebraska) Daily News-Times, March 17, 1967, written by Wesley
C. Trollope, of 3014 Larimore Ave., Omaha. He claimed to have worked
for the FBI in Washington D.C. from 1947 to 1955. Jansen confirmed
this with the FBI.
Trollope stated that "Secretary of Defense Forrestal was very much
opposed to this practice of dociling American servicemen. Papers
showing the dociling effects from fluoridation are available from the
House Committee on Un-American Activities in the Armed Forces
investigations for the years 1947 and 1949." Isobel Jansen attempted
to obtain those records, but her senator, William Proxmire, told her
that the House Un-American Activities Committee had informed him that
the publications were " no longer available, either for free
distribution or for sale." A letter from Mr. Trollope stated that he
was unable to provide copies of the references used in his statement
because these had been taken when his house was burgled. Trollope
stated " the FBI was very upset with me because I had all this
information from their records. In 1975, my residence in Omaha was
broken into. They not only stole my best guns, but also the strongbox
which contained all the official documents of FBI investigations into
the House Committee on Un-American Activities"

In a book published by the National Council for Medical Research,
Virginia, author Eustace Mullins stated "Oscar Ewing, formerly the
legal counsel to ALCOA, producer of aluminum and toxic fluoride
wastes, was appointed Director of Social Security in charge of the
U.S. Public Health Service, and soon afterwards, as a member of
Truman's cabinet, committed the PHS to the promotion of fluoridation.
Ewing and his minions were also aware of Soviet studies showing that
fluorides were extremely important in introducing a docile,
sheep-like obedience in the general population. It was well known
that for years, breeders of purebred bulls had used doses of
fluorides to calm their more retractable bulls, making them much
safer to handle. The Soviet Union maintained its concentration camps
since 1940 by administering increasing dosages of fluorides to the
prison population in its vast empire, the Gulag Archipelago, the
largest network of concentration camps in the world. "
