The historical development of Christian Banking and Finance as the driving
force for the emergence of the Universal Private Property Society must be
viewed in the context of the Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven
scenario of the Lord's prayer and not
viewed within traditional ideas of the end of the world but, instead, must
be viewed in terms of the Roman Catholic "Glory Be", which expresses the
idea that the historical
movement of life is perpetual. Further study of the "Glory Be" ("as it was
in the eginning, is now, and ever shall be, one world, world without end
scenario) is needed in terms of the Triune Theory of Relativity.

Before his death, Louis Kelso (co-author of "The Capitalist Manifesto)
and I had several discussions on the relevance of the theory of relativity
for, and on, economic theory. Most Bibles render Genesis 1:1 as "In the
beginning, God created the heavens and the earth". An equally correct
rendering is simply "in the beginning the universe", meaning in the
beginning the universe already existed (in the same sense that in the
beginning God already existed). Eastern Orthodox theology has long struggled
with the eternal co-existence of matter, mind, and conscious being. The
Jewish definition of the universe, on the other hand, has always been that
God exists EXTERNAL to the universe of mind and matter. The great unsung
contribution to philosophy by Karl Marx is his contribution to the triune
nature of the universe; his dialectical materialism, which was the
forerunner of the Theory of Relativity. When Marx said that he could just
as easily ask the question "who created God" as ask the question "who
created the universe", it was not, as his critics would like us to believe,
an antithesis to God. Rather, it was a recognition, by Marx, of the
inseparability of conscious being, mind and matter; past, present, and
future flowing together in the eternal present, with memory reaching into
the past and imagination reaching into the future, always in the eternal
present - Existentialism par excellence. Merely changing the definition of
God from an abstract, intangible, non-entity, figment of the imagination
into a tangible, living, breathing, omnipresent entity called universe does
not, as Judeo-christianity has claimed, make Marxism atheistic, except,
perhaps, in the Jewish/Judeo-christian sense of being anti dualistic
abstractions. Confusing Marxism with Atheistic Communism is a grave error.
Remember the image & likeness of God scenario? If you want to see God in
the flesh, look in the mirror, except that maybe you'll see the devil
instead... or both. So much for Christos!
The advent of the formalized mathematical theory of relativity (E=MC2)
abstracted mind and matter relative to the observer which has no
mathematical existence. It is obvious, however, that since conscious being
is, in fact, a reality, even if provable only by solipsism, that in order
for the theory of relativity to be a definitive definition of the universe,
conscious being must be part of, not external to, MC2. Therefore, at least
within the context of dialectical materialism, the observer must be included
WITHIN the MC2 formula. If, as has been postulated for centuries by
philosophers and theologians, the universe is not merely a dualistic
abstraction from conscious being, then it is reasonable to postulate that C2
is squared precisely because it represents TWO forms of energy (both mind,
radiant energy, or C - and conscious being, C1), not merely mind (C2).
Thus, at least within the theory of dialectical materialism, the
correct mathematical formula for the theory of relativity should be a Triune
Theory of Relativity, E=MCC1 or E=MCL, where C1 or L stands for conscious
being, or more properly, conscious-light-space (knowledge of which Plato
speaks of as causing one to be blinded by the light) in a Triune Universe.
While such a formulation may pose some difficult mathematical dilemmas, the
notion that the universe is a trinity stands or falls on the inclusion of
the
Godhead (pure light as opposed to radiated light) WITHIN the definition of
the universe.
The Jewish Takeover of Christianity is not merely limited to the
mundane matters of politics, economics, and finance. The crowning glory of
The Jewish Takeover of Christianity must certainly be the refusal of
Jewish-christians to accept the incarnation. There is nothing in existence
that is not occupied by conscious being, and there is nothing in existence
that does not occupy conscious being of the Godhead into the universe
itself.
SPACE IS CONSCIOUS BEING ITSELF, which is just how invisible,
omnipresent, and real the Godhead actually is. The traditional idea that
matter occupies vacuous, empty space must be re-evaluated in terms of
CONSCIOUS BEING OCCUPIED MATTER AND MATTER OCCUPIED CONSCIOUSBEING in the
context of R. Buckminster Fuller's omnidirectional halo and Newton's ether.
This suggests
the need for a re-evaluation of Aristotle's ladder of forms, Tielhard de
Chardin's noogenesis, Samuel Alexander's Space, Time and Deity, and
evolution toward Universal Christos (universal Christ-ethos -Christos, or
Christ-ethos, spread to all of humanity, the essence of the correct role of
Christian Mission.).
This is a subject that I feel needs further scholarly analysis because
the theory of dialectical materialism of Karl Marx is embodied in a
trinitarian analysis of the theory of relativity.

If you believe Jerry Falwell, you can believe anything!
During the American Civil War, the "Battle of the Bibles" was in high gear.
In support of Steven A. Douglas and the "South" were writers and preachers
by the hundreds, like the Rev. Fredrick A. Ross, who were declaring that
"God Ordained Slavery". In support of Abraham Lincoln and the "North", the
voice of writers and preachers rang out against slavery, like the book by
the Rev. George B. Cheevers entitled God Against Slavery. And all the while,
behind the scenes, the battle for the power of money reigned supreme.
ABRAHAM LINCOLN understood the Biblical rules on slavery very well but
rather than get involved in confusing theological debate, Lincoln simply
stood on the "Moral Light Around Us" when he said in his famous "House
Divided Speech" in Springfield, Illinois on June 16, 1858 that there was a
"concert FROM THE BEGINNING" to "NATIONALIZE SLAVERY" (emphases mine).
THOMAS JEFFERSON simply said that "Christianity is an engine for enslaving
mankind".
MARTIN LUTHER said,
"CHRISTIANS... BEHAVE LIKE JEWS"

Today, according to Jerry Falwell (supported by millions of
Judeo-christians), "...God has raised up the United States for two purposes
only: to protect Israel from all enemies and to serve as a base for

On March 20, 1991, the American Congress passed House Joint Resolution 104
which states that America was founded on the SEVEN NOAHIDE LAWS OF THE OLD
TESTAMENT which "have been the bedrock of society from the dawn of
civilization". "From the dawn of civilization" or "from the beginning" (as
Lincoln put it), a rose is a rose.
Those who do not understand the "Lincoln Conspiracy Theory" to "Nationalize
Slavery", which we know, today, as the ZIONIST NEW WORLD ORDER can hardly be
expected to understand that the REAL REASON that America and the unholy
UN/US/Russian/Israeli alliance are sending troops all over the world is to
GLOBALIZE SLAVERY UNDER BIBLE SLAVE LAW and to solidify support for the
global conspiracy to create a "New World Order" using Bible Slave Law to
keep people (regardless of race) in slavery, especially debt/tax slavery.
The Gospel of Jesus is a Gospel of Liberation from Bible Slave Law or it is
a Gospel of nothing. "Do not allow yourselves to become slaves again" - Gal.
5:1. The need for a constitutional convention is urgent if the problems
facing America and the world are to be resolved without major bloodshed.
EPHESIAN
IS
UNCONSTITUTIONAL
Ephesians 6:5 says, "Slaves, obey your human masters with fear and
trembling...". Nothing could be more in violation of the 13th Amendment to
the constitution than Ephesians 6:5. The 13th Amendment says very clearly
that "Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude...shall exist within the
United States...".
What the matter really boils down to is "vested interests". Either a person
is for slavery or they are against slavery. It's that simple. Unfortunately,
those who hold that the Bible is the inerrant word of God are caught in a
brainwashing trap, a doublethink or double standard if you will, because if
it is the inerrant word of God that slaves should obey their human masters
then it logically follows that if America is, indeed, "one nation under
God", as the "Pledge of Allegiance" claims, then the 13th Amendment to the
constitution is an ungodly amendment and should be stricken from the
constitution.
On the other hand, if slavery (in any form) is ungodly (immoral), then the
13th Amendment to the constitution is, in fact, the will of God (with the
possible exception of the punishment clause, but that is a subject quite
beyond the scope of this book) and Ephesians 6:5 is not the will of God.
In either case, the need for a constitutional convention is urgent if the
problems facing America are to be resolved without bloodshed.
MELIORATED SLAVERY
The word meliorate means "to ameliorate... made better, improved" (Random
House College Dictionary).
When W.G. Plaut says, on p. 564 of The Torah, A Modern Commentary, "...Rules
on slavery or serfdom. The Torah treats the institution (of slavery) as an
established fact of civilization and looks to its melioration rather than
its abolition (Exodus 21:1-11)", it is not merely an analysis of the human
condition of sin that is involved, but rather giving that human condition
moral sanction from "God" (the Bible is, remember, supposed to be the "word
of God"). It is not the basic aim of the Torah to abolish slavery as Jesus
did. Rather, as Plaut puts it in commenting about Exodus 21:12-36, "...the
Torah aimed primarily at a humanization of existing practices. For instance,
Hebrew serfs could regain their freedom" (see Deuteronomy Chapter 15, verses
1:12 for Torah rules on debt/tax slavery and verses 12-18 for Torah rules
for Hebrew slaves). It is important to note from the point of view of Jewish
slave law that non-Jewish slaves are perpetual slaves, including the
children and the grandchildren in perpetuity.
When Abraham Lincoln spoke of the "meliorated" condition of slavery in some
Southern situations it was with reference to both historical slavery
conditions as well as to slavery conditions, for example in Latin American
under the rule of the Catholic Church, where slavery conditions were
considerably less "meliorated". Supposedly the enactment of section 4 of the
14th Amendment to the Constitution "meliorated" slavery even further by
merely enslaving humanity to debt/tax slavery instead of the kind of
outright slavery that became obsolete in America following the Civil War.
The idea that debt/tax slavery is a legitimate form of "meliorated" slavery
seems to have gained world-wide acceptance in view of the general toleration
of the existing IMF/ World Bank debt/tax money system by the New World
Order. In fact, it is the slippery ease with which the secrets of the local
banker (the secrets of how your friendly local banker prints the money he
loans) have been kept secret from the general public (the debt/tax slaves)
that lends credence to the claim by the Jews that "meliorated" slavery is
merely part of the general condition of established civilization. Whether
such is fact or not, and whether even if it is a fact, it is legitimately
moralized, involves the entire conflict between the Jew and the rest of the
world beginning, but certainly not ending with, the conflict between the Jew
and Jesus who, in abolishing Mosaic Law, abolished the moral authority of
the Jew to engage in ANY kind of slavery, "meliorated" or otherwise.
Whether debt/tax slavery is "meliorated" or not, however, depends on one's
definition of "melioration", not in the abstract, but in terms of real life.
It is very unlikely that very many taxpayers would consider it an honor and
a duty to the God of the Jew to take their hard earned money out of the
mouths of their family to pay the Jew. And I doubt if very many bankrupted
families would take to kindly to the idea that their wealth was legitimately
and morally confiscated by their friendly local banker. No doubt the notion
of "melioration" takes on a maze of considerations when applied to
individual circumstances. It could even be argued that many black slaves
were better off as slaves than as free human beings, which was widely argued
prior to the Civil War. Lincoln simply countered this attempt by the Jews to
rationalize their Slave Law by pointing out that nobody ever bothers to ask
the slave whether he would prefer freedom.
When it comes to debt/tax slavery, "meliorated" though it may be from the
point of view of Jewish "humanitarianism", from the point of view of the
debt/tax slave, nobody seems to bother much with his opinion. Or, perhaps it
is precisely because if his opinion were voiced that it is necessary to keep
the lid on. Certainly, the wide-spread knowledge of truth about Jewish
debt/tax "meliorated" slave laws can only put fear in the hearts of the
local debt/tax banker. If free opinion were allowed equal time on TV, in our
schools, in our Churches, in the press, with the same financial backing and
gusto given to perpetuating Jewish Slave Law, perhaps the general public
trapped in debt/tax slavery would look more seriously at replacing the
debt/tax slavery system of finance with a new Bank of the United States that
would provide debt free and tax free money for the American people, Jew and
Gentile alike.
Considering the living standard most middle class Americans are accustomed
to, however, when compared to the living standards of the rest of the world,
it is somewhat understandable why there has been a quiet acceptance of
debt/tax slavery for so many generations. Unfortunately, the public and
private debt load of the American General Public, to say nothing of the
crippling debt load of the government, is rapidly destroying even this
so-called "meliorated" slave class of people. From sky rocketing
bankruptcies to skyrocketing taxation, the burden of debt/tax slavery is now
overwhelming even the middle class debt/tax slaves.
In order for the American people to regain any semblance of the dream of a
"homestead America" envisioned by the American settlers, monetary reform and
the abolition of Mosaic Law is the first pre-requisite. Few Americans can
envision our government giving them freehold title to 40 acres of land, as
it did our homestead forefathers, and an economy that functions to provide
the ordinary average American with debt free and tax free wealth. By the
time Lincoln came into the presidency the Jews had sufficiently entrenched
their slave law to the point where Civil War erupted to try to stop it.
Unfortunately, Lincoln's "greenback dollar" which was issued debt free and
tax free, was not to be and enduring phenomenon, nor was Lincoln's hope of a
New Bank of the United States. Abraham Lincoln, when he said, "The
government should create issue and circulate all of the currency and credit
needed to satisfy the spending power of the government and the buying power
of consumers", may not have grasped as fully as Gertrude M. Coogan the
inherent evil of government lending (rather than issuing) money into
circulation. Nothing could better crystalize the evil of government owned
and controlled spending and investing (state capitalism) than the statement
made by Gertrude M. Coogan that "A central bank of issue, whether private or
government owned, if it would LEND money into circulation, and after that
system is fully established deal in CREDIT money, is to be avoided like the
plague" (p.258, Money Creators, by Gertrude M. Coogan, OMNI Publications,
Hawthorn, California). Gertrude M. Coogan saw very clearly that debt slavery
government style (i.e. state capitalism) is even more evil than private
capitalism. It would be a drastic error for the American government to print
money that could be used to pay off existing debt and to lend money into
circulation even if that lending was interest free. Such monetary reform
would simply play right into the hands of speculative-pariah-capitalism and
in spite of claims to the contrary by leading populists, using government
printed money to pay off existing debt would be highly inflationary and
lending money to state and municipal government (even interest free) would
do nothing to abolish debt/tax slavery at the state and municipal level.
Furthermore, excluding the private sector from such monetary reform leaves
the private sector securely enslaved to Bible Slave Law. In order for Jewish
Slave Law to be abolished bank reserves must be issued debt free and tax
free to state and municipal governments and per capita directly to the
people within a 100% reserve banking system. All existing government debt
(including state and municipal debt) must simply be cancelled. The U.S.
Conference of Mayors would do well to heed the words of Gertrude M. Coogan.
Today, what the Jews would happily call "meliorated" slavery is, for the
rest of mankind, nothing more than debt/tax slavery of the kind few
Americans would likely call "better" or "improved" compared to what our
homestead forefather envisioned for this nation.
The idea of "meliorated" slavery as being "ordained of God" as the Jews
would have us believe with their Torah Slave Law, is, for most Americans,
anything but "good." When tax time rolls around every red-blooded American
feels in his heart and soul the injustice and immorality of Jewish Slave
Law, even if that Slave Law is not well understood. Keeping secret how your
friendly local banker prints money by enslaving the people to debt and taxes
is an important part of keeping the slave classes passive and under control.
Tax theorists are well aware that the only essential function of taxation is
control.
Without taxes there could be no "bond"; without the "bond" there could be no
bank reserves; with no bank reserves the friendly local banker down the road
could not print the money he loans to you. Taxation is the first
pre-requisite to debt/tax slavery. Perhaps the Jews consider taxation to be
"meliorated" slavery but I doubt that very many taxpayers would agree with
them.
Most people believe we have a "moral obligation" to pay our taxes precisely
because the teachings and preachings of Jewish Slave Law have the American
people brainwashed into believing debt/tax slavery is the "will of God".
>From a purely economic and political point of view, however, there is no
financial or economic reason of any kind to impose any taxation of any kind.
Those who attempt to convince us that taxation is a "moral obligation" must
rely upon the "higher authority" of Jewish Slave Law. Making the
"meliorated" slaves feel that it is their "moral obligation" to dutifully
pay their taxes is a great trick if it works. And I guess it works pretty
well. From a purely economic and political point of view, however, it is
interesting to suddenly realize that within the debt/tax scheme of things
the only purpose of taxes is to sustain the debt/tax money system itself. It
is taxation without representation of the worst kind.
When Abe Lincoln came along and defied the debt/tax bankers by printing the
debt free and tax free "greenback dollar" all hell broke loose. Not because
all hell had to break loose, anymore than WWII had to be fought, but because
the Jews simply refuse to peacefully abandon Torah Slave Law.
Around the world global debt/tax slavery is taking its toll. The world moves
closer and closer to nuclear holocaust because the Jews, in their infinite
wisdom, hold fast to a middle bronze age "covenant" that tries to convince
the world that slavery, meliorated in the form of debt/tax slavery, is still
the "will of God". The Jews could have unilaterally abandoned Mosaic Law and
avoided the Reformation. The Jews could have unilaterally abandoned Mosaic
Law and avoided the Civil War. The Jews could have unilaterally abandoned
mosaic Law and avoided WWI and WWII. The Jews could still unilaterally
abandon Mosaic Law and avoid Armageddon.
In the meantime, taxpayers and debt slaves around the world struggle to free
themselves from this "meliorated" slavery imposed by Jewish Slave Law.
The Debt Free and Tax Free Amendment provides the legislative framework for
the actual creation of an exploitation free Universal Private Property
Society.
THE DEBT FREE & TAX FREE AMENDMENT
(THIS AMENDMENT CAN BE INCORPORATED INTO THE CONSTITUTION OF EVERY NATION IN
THE WORLD WHICH WOULD ELIMINATE THE GLOBAL MONOPOLY OF LAND AND CAPITAL)
Part 1- No government body of any kind within the borders of the United
States of America and it's territories, or agency or other institution
thereof, shall borrow money or collect taxes or fees or other monies of any
kind, for any purpose.
Part 2- The Secretary of the Treasury of the United States shall issue per
capita all new money as debt free and tax free currency to banks for bank
reserves for bank lending as prescribed by the Tax Free Money Chart whereby
loan payments are paid back to the borrower, except that the people shall,
by a yearly referendum, approve or reject, by a simple majority of those
voting, the federal government budget as presented to the people by the
President and the Congress, and the residents of the various states,
counties, cities, territories, and other communities, shall, by a yearly
referendum, approve or reject, by a simple majority of those voting, their
respective budgets, which, when such budgets are so approved, Secretary of
the Treasury shall authorize that portion of the money supply so approved to
be issued debt free and tax free directly to the respective government
treasuries.
Part 3- The Federal Reserve Act is hereby rendered null and void.
Part 4- The debt and the interest on the debt of the Federal Government,
State Governments, Counties, Cities, Municipalities, and other government
bodies is hereby cancelled.
Part 5- All financial institutions shall operate on 100% reserves.
Part 6- No government, government institution, person, or other institution,
public or private, may preach, teach, promote or practice exploitation,
usury, the charging of interest on money lending, or slavery of any kind,
including debt/tax slavery.
Part 7- A Maximum wealth holding formula shall be established whereby the
accumulation of income, wealth, and other property in excess of the
established maximum is hereby prohibited unless it can be proven by the
owner and/or owners of that wealth that such wealth was acquired without
using any kind of usury, exploitation, or slavery of any kind, or in any
form including foreign investment, and the ownership of land, business, and
capital, which is hereby prohibited and shall be confiscated.
Part 8- 100% of the gross profit of all businesses and corporations shall be
paid out to the owners of those businesses and corporations before any new
investment may be made by those businesses or corporations, the bond market
and the stock markets shall be closed, and the issuing of bonds and
speculative trading in stocks and/or the ownership of stocks without direct
ownership in the second factor of production is hereby unconstitutional.
Part 9- This amendment makes null and void all parts of the existing
Constitution of the United States that are inconsistent with, or in
violation of, the intent and purpose of this amendment.
Part 10-Volume Discounts in any form, or their equivalent, are hereby
declared unconstitutional.
