Watch those ad hominems.  You label my thesis [which I explain below]
'absurd', without supporting your contention.  Tsk tsk.

"Reality is whatever bites your ass" - that is, if it affects you, it's
real.  So, look at the power and wealth accrued by the larger multi-
national corporations, foundations and NGOs, compared with the wealth
and power available to all but the largest industrialized nations; and
judge for yourself just which is more vulnerable to attack: Mexico or
IBM, say; or Serbia and GE; or Malaysia and the Ford Foundation. 'Real'
vs 'virtual' states - whose personnel are better protected, better paid,
better served?  A nation-state is merely a non-profit corporation that's
long on real estate.  In a conflict between mobile and static entities,
who prevails?  Who has the most flexibility, most options, best cover?

Look, I don't especially LIKE this situation, but I can't help but see
that it EXISTS.  I'm reporting, not endorsing.
