The leading foods correlated with youthful violence are wheat, corn, and: sugar. Hell, I was a hyper kid, and I was very violent, and I consumed all the sugar I could get hold of. I'm not surprised by these findings at all. The Western hemisphere was conquered by Europeans for the benefit of druglords, growing and transporting the most powerful of psychogens: coffee and cocoa [caffeine], tobacco [nicotine], and sugar cane and its byproduct rum [alcohol]. Sugar is a substance of abuse, same as opiates, cocaine, alcohol, nicotine, gunpowder. The difference is, we ENCOURAGE our youth to abuse sugar - then we act surprised when, their growing bodies and minds over-amped by its effects, they explode in violence, especially in a culture that's extolled and honored violence for so long. Are violent behaviors triggered by media depictions of violence? Well, maybe. Does every person exposed to media violence, react with more violence? Nope. Do kids who have access to guns kill more people than those without such access? Yup. Canadian and European kids are exposed to violent US media - Japanese kids see even MORE hard- core violent/sexual media - yet those kids DON'T go postal as much as US kids. Why not? They don't have guns. Maybe it's a conspiracy. Maybe the druglords, the gunlords [Chinese weapons makers, US distributors], and the medialords are working together to zap generations of kids worldwide, more cattle to be harvested by their Reptilioid masters, eh? Maybe they're experimen- ting with various combinations of alcohol, tobacco, sugar, media, guns, different levels of each in different markets, to determine the optimal mix for harvestable populations.
