The *text* of the laws is well known; the Nazis published it widely, and issued many references and commentaries on the Race Laws, including one by Hans Frank, the Nazi legal counselor who went on to become the notorious governor of occupied Poland and Ukraine. I would be interested to know just what the CIC was doing in Eichst�tt--the CIC was, of course, the Counterintelligence Corps. What else did they find in that vault? Another point which I wish the paper had brought up is that the Nuremberg Laws were based closely on the Model Eugenics Code drafted by the American Eugenics Association [that may not be the exact title] in the 1920s, which was adopted by every state except Pennsylvania.
