But in answer to your first question, you are completely correct that the
apparatus of the State cannot accomplish anything; important work of that sort
is always contracted out to the Private Sector. And as far as "keep[ing[ it
quiet" . . . hello? Quiet? Where have you been living?
No, the Power Elite operates "openly" but denigrates anyone who
takes notice as "unbalanced" or "out of the loop" or
"paranoid" or (if it has to do with their banking operations)
"anti-semitic" or their favourite meaningless term of dismissal,
"extremist" (an extremist is, apparently, one who has retaining a
shred of principle).

recent global warming which brought an end to the cold war (That's why the
cold war ended, it got warmer, communism didn't collapse!), KGB files have
become open to the public. When common sense, a knowledge of Soviet doctrine
and policy are tied together, Santa Claus' seditious crimes against the
people of this nation become readily apparent. Allow me to begin my
prosecution of this "Saint" Nick by means of comparison with the
USSR. The official color of the USSR was RED, not blue or gold, but RED.
What color did Santa Claus always dress in? Never saw him in black did you?
What color was Rudolph's nose?( a symbol for the other "workers"
to follow and aspire to) RED! Soviet Soldiers, and KGB agents were always
dressed in fur to stay warm. Hmmmmm? So was Santa Claus! In fact, His name
is Nicholas. Nicholas is a Russian name. But wait, it gets worse. Doesn't
Santa Claus look like Karl Marx!!!??? Communist society was deigned as a
means to create a classless socialist society where the proletariat would
rule. Santa Claus gave presents to children and adults regardless of age and
or creed, or class. This man's thinking is filled with anti-democratic
nonsense! Now here's a disturbing fact. The communists sent millions of
people to the Gulags (work camps) in Siberia. Primarily, these people were
dissidents, Jews, or gypsies starved into frailty and submission. Now here,
the coincidences tie together in a very disturbing fashion. Santa Claus
lived in a snowy tundra area, possibly Siberia (It's close enough to the
North Pole. Santa controlled a proletariat that worked without pay in his
workshops. It is said that these people dressed as elves and were considered
elves for their size. Doesn't elfin attire of legend derive from medieval
European gypsy attire, and the clothing worn by the Spanish moors (who were
primarily Jewish, and Muslim?). And as for size, starvation cold and stress
will do that to you. Furthermore, some of these so called "elves"
may have been victims of Nuclear disasters like Chernobyl, genetic testing,
and chemical warfare experiments that the USSR tried to sweep under the rug
from United Nations inspectors at the the end of the cold war. It was common
in propaganda films for soviet workers to break into songs of national
pride. Didn't the elves sing all day about how happy they were to work?
Obviously Santa was an anti-Semite as well. He had Jewish exiles from the
USSR SLAVING in his workshops, and Jewish Kids never get gifts on Christmas.
But the ties between Santa and the Soviet Union do not end there, sadly. He
was recruited by the KGB. In exchange for high technology assets and access
to intelligence, Santa would sow anti-capitalistic dissent in the U.S and
steal vital secrets from this nation. The USSR knew when everybody was
sleeping and awake and who was bad and good because of Satellite imagery,
electronic monitoring and spies. How do you think Santa managed to pull off
the same feat? Magic? I think not. Santa Claus received regular reports from
the Soviet intelligence community on world events and hot spots. Ever wonder
why he never got shot down by a Surface to air missile while on a sortie to
deliver gifts in warring places like Afghanistan, or other areas in Africa
and Asia? The answer, soviet Air cover, maps of anti aircraft sites and a
sled souped up with stealth technology that he stole from the United States.
Furthermore, both Santa and the USSR kept extensive list of Good and Bad
people. Ever wonder how Santa Claus knew? Coincidence? I think not. In
return, Santa worked his elves to a fever pitch. they turned out enough
gifts for Santa to literally saturate the U.S. With these gifts, Santa would
gain the trust of the U.S and inspire a trend of money spending for material
consumption at Christmas. In so doing, he would set about a
commercialization of Christmas. The effects of this were twofold. 1. This
would cause a turn away from religion and people would abandonment their
"God" and thus Marx's "Opiate of the people". this would
foster anti religious thought at Christmas and fulfill the USSR's desire to
wipe out religion in society. 2. The conflict between the consumers and the
religious devout would spark off a war that would destroy the United States
and its capitalistic machine from the inside 3. When he gained the trust of
the U.S, he would not have to go through customs and could sneak out any
secrets, documents, or machines he thought the Soviets could use. Santa
Claus had access to the presidents desk and files while in the Whitehouse
delivering "presents" to the oval office on Christmas eve. I hate
to say it, but Santa was a communist spy guilty of espionage, sedition, and
treason against these United States. He is also guilty of Cruelty to
animals, violation of Union and wage laws and the Sherman Anti trust act,
tax evasion, failure to register with the selective service, contributing to
the delinquency of minors, burglary, trespassing, creating a public
disturbance (He yells a lot at the end of that poem the Night before
Christmas wherein his crimes are thoroughly documented), and disorderly
conduct (he started a mosh pit at a James Taylor concert in July of 1995 at
the Garden State Arts Center. Santa is a criminal in need of help who needs
