AIDS BIOENGINEERING ON TRIAL
The issue of governmental involvement in the creation, production and
proliferation of the aids virus will be resolved in the Federal court in
the Northern District of Ohio before Federal Judge Lesley Brooks Wells. The
complaint (Graves v. Cohen [Secty. of Defense] 98 CV 2209) filed by Boyd E.
Graves on September 28, 1998 contains direct evidence of bioengineering,
including the Congressional Testimony of the Pentagon given on June 9, 1969
and July 1, 1969 before a U.S. House of Representatives Subcommittee.
"The Pentagon's testimony of June 9, 1969 leaves no reasonable doubt of the
absolute culpability of the government," remarked lead plaintiff, Boyd E.
(Ed) Graves to John Mangels, Medical Reporter for the Cleveland Plain
Dealer. "The overwhelming and substantial credible evidence will
sufficiently prove the government bioengineered the AIDS virus by
recombining a cow virus [bovine spongiform encephalomyelitis-Ed.] and a
sheep virus [visna virus-Ed.). The evidence will also show this recombined
agent was proliferated in the smallpox and hepatitis B vaccines. The
mathematical epidemiology of the AIDS virus proves a large number of
persons had to be simultaneously exposed.
Additionally, the epidemiological profile of the early AIDS virus in the
United States mirrors with remarkable similarity the epidemiological
profile of the Cohort Study Group of the Experimental hepatitis B vaccine
trials. No virus debilitates or kills with such precise selectivity,"
concludes Graves. An initial ruling to certify the Class [in the Class
Action-Ed..] is anticipated from the Judge. A tax-deductible fund is being

INTERVENER STATUS SOUGHT BY CANADIAN FOUNDATION IN LANDMARK US AIDS CLASS
ACTION SUIT
Donald Scott, President of the Common Cause Foundation, has announced that
his organization will apply for intervener status in the class action
lawsuit against the US Government filed by Boyd E. Graves of Cleveland,
Ohio.
In the suit filed on September 28, 1998 before Federal Judge Lesley Brooks
Wells, the Plaintiffs allege that the U.S. Department of Defense was
involved in the "creation, production and proliferation of the AIDS virus".
The suit is based upon government documents obtained under the Freedom of
Information Act. The critical document is a record of Hearings held on June
9, 1969, between the Pentagon's top researcher, Dr. D.M. MacArthur, and
several U.S. House of Representative Congressmen. In those Hearings
MacArthur reveals that the Pentagon would produce "a new microorganism
which would be refractory to the human immune system" and for which "no
natural immunity could have ben acquired (AIDS)." Dr. MacArthur had
projected a 5 to 10 year time frame, and the first AIDS cases appeared
within that time.
"The historical documentary evidence and the scientific evidence is very
compelling that the U.S. Department of Defense did, indeed, develop the
AIDS virus as a biological weapon for strategic (ie population control)
purposes," says Scott. "The scientific evidence is equally strong," Scott
also suggests. "Beginning with an article in the November 26, 1987 issue of
Nature Magazine ("Characterization and molecular cloning of a bovine
lentivirus related to human immunodeficiency virus" by Matthew A. Gonda et
al) provides a solid basis for Mr. Graves' case," claims Scott. The article
Mr. Scott refers to states that the similarity between the HIV and the
bovine counterpart is so close that "sensitive type-specific assays will be
needed to discriminate between them."
Such solid scientifically based research has been under-reported and the
media has picked up on the most ill-founded "AIDS from monkeys" claims. The
Common Cause Foundation will offer the Class Action plaintiffs any help
that it has in bringing all historical and scientific data it possesses to
the attention of the Court.
