National Law Journal Covers CPP Petition
Child Protection Project filed an official complaint with the Utah Bar
Association asking that Kingston Clan patriarchs, Paul and Carl, who are also
attorneys, be disbarred for advocating crimes such as polygamy and incest.
Lawyer Sees Pattern in Mormon Abuse
A Bellevue, Washington-based attorney filed suit against the Mormon Church
and a former bishop in Portland, Oregon. His client, 19-year-old Jeremiah
Scott, says he was molested repeatedly from ages 9 to 10. Lawyer Tim Kosnoff
sees a connection with other Mormon sexual abuse cases, including Stake
President John D. Parkinson's case.
Lawsuit Alleges Child Molestation
A Columbia, Mississippi man who claims he was molested as a child by a Boy
Scout leader is suing the Church of Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
Conroe, Texas Mormon Child Sexual Abuse Cases
Houston Chronicle reporter Paul McKay covered the crimes committed by Charles
Blome, a Mormon child abuser, and the LDS church, which helped keep his
crimes secret.
LDS Leader Uses Position to Sexually Abuse Minors
An investigation revealed that Van Wagoner had victimized several public
school students and had used his position as a teacher and as a leader in the
LDS Church to manipulate the children.

The Latter Day Church of Christ, aka Kingston, is an (alleged) abusive
