>From Ru Mills:

Yesterday, Sunday, July 25th on Meet the Press with Tim Russert, Jesse
Ventura gave away the secret to the only way he will run for president.

He said, and this is not a verbatim quote..."that the people of Minnesota
have elected him to be their governor and that is what he is going to do...."

He went on to state.... "the only way I would run for president is if they
put my name on the ballot."

The way he said this implied that he would run, but not campaign in the
normal way.

One thing I am sure of....

IF JESSE VENTURA'S NAME IS ON THE BALLOT....
HE WILL WIN, WHETHER HE CAMPAIGNS OR NOT!!

If this is the plan that Governor Ventura has in the back of his mind, then
he needs to do one thing.

STAY IN MINNESOTA WHERE HE IS SAFE!

I recently pulled out a copy of the December 1996 issure of Rumor Mill News.
On the back page of this edition was a photograph my sources sent me of JFK,
Jr in the oval office with President Clinton. The note they attached to the
photo read, "The Democratic elders have decided that the only person who can
win against the Republicans in 1999 is JFK, JR."

You all know what happened to JFK, JR. I will be posting this Photo on my
back up web page. If you have already have the link, you can look for it this
evening. If not, I will be sending the link as soon as I get it.

Governor Ventura is not a stupid man. He was a Navy SEAL. He knows how easy
it is to blow the tail off a plane and call it "a tragic accident caused by
an inexperienced pilot."

He knows everything there is to know about political assassinations, "wet
ops" and professional assassins whose speciality is making the assassination
look like an accident. I am not saying that Governor Ventura had any part in
these types of operations, what I am saying is he was a Navy SEAL, and Navy
SEALS talk to each other about what they have done, therefore I know he has
heard the stories, even if he has not had first hand experience.

People who have done the research know that the world is run by several
different cabals who all agree on which of their candidate is going to be
elected as President. These cabals knew that JFK, JR would win the presidency
if he was elected. They also knew they couldn't control him, he would be a
"loose cannon".

I don't believe that JFK, JR. was assassinated....I KNOW IT!

And if I know it, you can be sure that Governor Ventura knows it too. The
only way Governor Ventura can stay alive is by staying in his own home state
where he runs the show and THE STATE POLICE.

If he is smart, he will

1. Immediately hire some of his old and trusted SEAL friends to be his body
guards.

2. Buy numerous bomb sniffing dogs to be with him everywhere he goes.

3. Arrange a safe house for his family with trusted SEALs as their guards.

4. Arrange to campaign through the Internet, WEB-TV, radio and purchased
television ads.

5. Pick a running mate and announce the entire cabinet. Make sure the
running mate will become President in case the worst happens and Governor
Ventura is killed before the election. Make sure the next in line through
Presidential succession will become President in case the Vice President is
assassinated, and so on down the line.

If we are going to wrest control of our country from the hands of men who
have corrupted it for years, these are the rules that we have to play by. If
I know this, so does the Governor.

Will he tell the real reason he is not campaigning like the other candidates?
Of course not. The media is controlled by the cabals who have already picked
George W. Bush as their candidate. If Governor Ventura or any of his people
let it slip that he is afraid of political assassination, then the media will
crucify him as they did Ross Perot in 1992.

The media will make him look like a paranoid control type who is "holed up"
in the Capitol building because he is sure "the bad guys" are out to get him.
Those of you who remember what the media did to Perot in 1992 will
understand what Ventura has in store for him.

In 1992, Ross Perot was also told that he would be killed. He had already
seen his reputation destroyed when he told the public that he dropped out
the first time because someone had threatened to release embarassing
information on his daughter right before her wedding.

Back in 1992, the American public did not believe that people were capable of
"Larry Flynting" someone, but after 7 years of Clinton "dirty tricks", the
American public now knows anything is possible in a campaign. Just ask,
Republican Henry Hyde; Republican, Dan Burton; Republican, Bob Livingston
and Republican, Helen Chenowith. They all know what it is like to be attacked
by the pit bulls that work for Clinton and his ruling cabals.

Regardless of the threat to his life, Perot ran for President on the Reform
Party anyway. He did so with a modicum of confidence because he prepared for
the safety of himself and his family in exactly the same way that I am
telling governor Ventura that he has to prepare. Ross Perot risked his life
to create a chance foR AMERICANS to take back control of their country.

If we don't take back America this election by the ballot, there will only
be one choice left. Let's take back Armerica by the ballot and not the
bullet. You must do your part. There is no time left!

Someone needs to take the Governor aside and tell him, that if Ru Mills, of
Rumor Mill News was able to read between the lines of what he said to Tim
Russert, then other people did also.

It doesn't matter if the governor didn't really mean what he said. What he
said was enough to make the ruling cabals nervous, and if they are nervous,
they act to "neutralize" their opposition.

By making that statement to Tim Russert, Governor Ventura has sealed his
fate. He has agree to be the Presidential nominee.... or the vice
Presidential nominee to Donald Trump.

If "The Donald" becomes the front runner, then he needs to take the same
precautions that I laid out for Governor Ventura.

This ticket could win. It doesn't matter which one is on top. I would prefer
Ventura because he has less baggage from his past. Everything Jesse has done
has already been exposed by him in his book. "The Donald" still has baggage
that none of us know about. This could rise up to become a major distraction.
It will also prevent him from using the crimes in George W. Bush's past to
show America that if we elect G.W. Bush, we will have 8 more years of
Clintonian spin and independent investigations into possible criminal
wrongdoing by the President, his family and friends.

When reporters start looking up Ventura's past and throw it in his face, all
he has to say is, "Read my book. I already told the real story of what
happened."

At the Reform Party convention over the weekend, the Ventura side of the
Reform Party defeated the Ross Perot side. A Ventura Nominee Named To Lead
Perot's Reform Party. I have inserted the story below.

If the Reform Party is serious about winning the 2000 election. They need to
hold their cards tightly to their chests and not start their campaign until
September of later. But they must organize and have literature distributed to
every precinct captain across the nation stating what the party platform is.
This means that trusted people across this country need to come forward now.

Why is this necessary? It is because of Y2K. Already the California
newspapers have been preparing us for brownouts. If Y2K keeps people off the
Internet or keeps televisions around the coutry from being turned on, the
only way people will have of knowing about the Reform Party is through the
literature that is already in every precinct.

Y2K will be as big and as bad as the ruling cabals want to make it. If they
fear Jesse Ventura is going to campaign over the Internet and Television,
then they will make sure America doesn't have electricity, due to Y2K
brownouts, on the days that the Governor is scheduled to make apperances, or
have his political ads run.

I have seen this done before to other candidates. It is not a new idea.

If you are a supporter of the Reform Party, and you believe the only way to
save America from the continued corruption of the ruling cabals is to elect
someone other than their candidate, then you had better inform your party of
the only way to keep their Presidential Candidate alive. Send them this
column.

Presidential Election 2000

By Thomas Ferraro

DEARBORN, Mich. (Reuters) - Minnesota Gov. Jesse Ventura scored a major
victory Sunday when the Reform Party of the United States elected his nominee
for chairman over the person favored by the party's founder, Texas
billionaire and two-time presidential candidate Ross Perot.

Jack Gargan, the victorious party chairman, promptly said he agreed with
Ventura that someone other than Perot, who failed to win the White House in
1992 and 1996, should be the party's 2000 presidential nominee.

``We owe Ross a debt of gratitude for forming the party (but) I do believe we
are ready to have new people give it a whirl,'' said Gargan, 68, a retired
financial consultant and longtime political activist from Cedar Key, Florida.

``We have seemed to turn a corner on going on a whole new direction today,''
said Gargan, who campaigned on a vow to make the party more democratic and
end what critics saw as excessive control by Perot forces.

On the final day of a three-day Reform Party convention, Gargan defeated the
group's outgoing vice chairperson, Patricia Benjamin of Cherry Hill, New
Jersey, for the chairmanship.

The 213-135 vote came on a run-off, needed after Gargan failed to muster a
needed majority on the first ballot against Benjamin and Thomas McLaughlin,
chairman of the Pennsylvania Reform Party.

Unlike Ventura, the Reform Party's highest elected public official, Perot
made no public endorsement in the chairmanship race. But ``he supported
Benjamin,'' said Pat Choate, who was Perot's vice presidential running mate
in the 1996 White House race.

Choate endorsed Benjamin. So did the party's outgoing chairman, Russell
Verney, who also serves as Perot's political adviser. In addition, the six
members of the party's executive committee supported Benjamin.

``This election represents a huge changing of the guard from Ross Perot to
Jessie Ventura,'' declared Richard McCluhan, Minnesota Reform Party chairman.

``I don't think Ross Perot will even consider trying to win the party's
presidential nomination because his man is no longer chairman,'' said
McCluhan.

``Jesse's very happy,'' said Doug Friedline, a Ventura political aide after
speaking with the Minnesota governor on the phone. ``Now he believes we can
grow the party.''

Verney rejected the notion that the election represented a victory for
Ventura over Perot or that it may slam the door on the Texas billionaire
seeking the party's presidential nomination next year.

``It is a victory for Jack Gargan,'' Verney said. ``This party does not
belong to Jesse Ventura or Ross Perot. It belongs to the delegates assembled
here who made an informed decision.''

Perot, who ran for president as an independent in 1992 and as the Reform
Party candidate in 1996, has given no definitive word on whether he will seek
the nomination. He appeared to leave the door open Saturday when he addressed
the convention.

``The thing I want you to understand is that as long as I'm helpful to the
organization I'm certainly happy to help participate in any constructive
way,'' Perot said.

Choate said in an interview Sunday, ``I think he would be interested in
taking another shot if he believed conditions were right and he thought he
could win'' the presidency.

Ventura, in appearance Sunday television talk shows, made it clear he did not
view Perot as a viable candidate. On Fox Television, he noted Perot received
19 percent of the vote in 1992, but pulled less than half that in 1996.

``It is time for him to step aside,'' he said on NBC's ''Meet the Press.''

Ventura reiterated he was not interested in running for the White House next
year, but noted he had encouraged Lowell Weicker, a former Republican U.S.
senator and independent Connecticut governor, to seek the party's nomination.

Gargan said he expected a number of people to step forward, many lured by the
$12.6 million that the party's nominee will receive in federal matching
funds. The money is available because Perot, in his 1996 race, got more than
the necessary 5 percent of the vote.

Among those mentioned as possible candidates for the party's nomination are:
Sen. John McCain, of Arizona, now seeking the Republican nomination; David
Boren, a former Democratic U.S. senator and Oklahoma governor; New York
entrepreneur Donald Trump, and Republican presidential candidate Patrick
Buchanan, a conservative commentator.
