Recipients--

Someone named William Cooper has let it be known to NewsHawk and system
administrators at iname and elsewhere that he is charging me with
spamming him and others with unwanted email. unintentionally.

We have done our best to constantly update requests for addition to or
removal from our list once a day. Until YESTERDAY, July 26, Mr. Cooper
was ENGAGED in a DIALOG with use regarding certain factors in the
Kennedy/Bessette murders.

UNTIL YESTERDAY Mr. Cooper expressed NO DESIRE to be remove from our
mailing list.

Cooper's name was removed form the list when I went over it at around 9
AM this morning July 27.

His campaign of harassment claiming repeated and unintentional spamming
by us is completely groundless.

Sorry, Bill--remember, it's "supposed" to be a "free" country. (OK; stop
laughing, everyone.)

Apparently he persuaded the system administrators at iname that I had
used the iname account to send UNSOLICITED email to recipients.

As Cooper had been in communication with us until EVEN TODAY, this is
patently absurd and malicious.

Furthermore the guidelines of iname were NOT violated by us as we SEND
ALL mass emailings through MCN and only use the iname account for
incoming mail. Therefore we did NOT violate the terms of the iname contract.

Additionally, the TOTALLY unexplainable, illegal and thoroughly spooky
(as a password was needed) "deactivating" of our email account with our
ISP at the SAME TIME as Cooper's OVERT harassment reached it's peak can
only be considered... curious. As I said draw your own conclusions. I
have no idea why this is the case, or even if this person is who he says
he is.

All requests for addition to or subtraction from our list will be acted
upon as soon as humanly possible.

Thanks!

Best Wishes
John Quinn
