This type of document is a popular post on Wes Thomas' list,
MINDCONTROL-L.

 It seem to stir
persons who are suffering from brain system dysregulation to attribute
their well known
symptoms to unseen, undocumented ultrasonic or electromagnetic wave
projection devices.
Many then don't seek treatment and continue to suffer and rage out at
the government for
torturing them. The brain system dysregulation can get worse and cause
damaging effects.

Why would someone be motivated to encourage this type of delusional
system? There is not
a single documented case of a brain-targeting wave weapon being used by
the government on a
non-volunteering citizen. There are claims, and I am sympathetic to the
suffering of those
that believe that they are being targeted 24/7 or for one single
moment. But there is no evidence
for that happening.

The answer to why some persons might encourage this type of delusional
system is that angry,
suffering, protesting persons make a visible and vocal anti-government
political force against both main US political parties. Forget the
suffering, for which treatment exists. Forget the
brain damage from chronic stress.

"These suffering people are serving the purpose of the
*The Third Party*. They are probably not very useful for anything else,
so who cares about
what happens to them."

Is that the stream of thought that runs through the minds of the persons

who promote the mind control delusional system? If not, what? I have
asked that question and
there is a SILENCE and no ETHICAL statements. OK if you are a CYBERPUNK,
eh?

A response I received when I expressed concern for the post of
someone in the midst of what appeared to be a psychotic break is
telling.
The list owner sent me a message. It read: "I hate psychotics". Write
for me for details.
