That post was a forward from Robalini, sans explanation -- but my apologies
anyway.
My compliments to the satirists who concocted this one. It's damned clever
and right on the cutting edge of frightening feasibility. "Profiling" is not
stopping where it's at.
With the Rehnquist court's behavior and the current mood of lawmakers in this
country, it's harder to distinguish between real rulings and bitingly
sardonic black humor. One of these days readers will think "Oh sure,
har-har, no way!" but the "joke" will be on us ...
