As the preponderance of AVAILABLE evidence tends to clearly show the
deaths of John Kennedy, wife and sister-in-law were NOT accidental (we
should know as we and many others have worked VERY HARD to get such
evidence and information to the public), it is UNCONSCIONABLE that such
a "possibility" is not even being seriously considered by those agencies
and officials charged with "investigating" the wildly SUSPICIOUS deaths.
That alone is almost CERTAIN proof that this "possibility" is in fact
the ACTUALITY -- i.e.; the deaths were murders.

This being the case, and as apparently complicit and/or compromised
officials WILL NOT investigate the incident as a multiple homicide, I
guess it's up to us. You know, THE PEOPLE.

With any such investigation one looks for basic things like motive,
opportunity, and means.

Motive? Kennedy's tremendous "electability" as a political candidate
combined with his obvious and demonstrated penchant for pulling the lid
off at least a FEW coverups and conspiracies littering the political
landscape AND the fact that his own father and uncle were assassinated
by a covert, totalitarian "NWO" cabal for exhibiting just such
"maverick" behavior as 'Junior" was showing, ALL give any of a number of
potential political rivals and ALSO perpetrators/conspirators in the
assassinations and coverups of the two previous Kennedy assassinations
(putting aside for now uncles Ted's' extraordinary rash of "near-death"
experiences) ample MOTIVE for sending Kennedy into the drink.

Opportunity? Tons.

Means? Given the variety of weapons and technologies available today,
the ways in which a plane could be "interacted" with in a "hostile" and
terminal fashion are too numerous to go into. Take your pick Use your imagination.

Several days back we made note of the fact that the government's blanket
of lies, distortions and deceptions regarding their murderous, psychotic
assault on the Branch Dravidian's Waco compound in 1993 is seriously
unraveling at this time.

TOP dogs on duty during the Waco massacre and ultimately responsible for
the actions and conduct of the federal forces there? Attorney General
Reno and HER boss Clinton.

HARD EVIDENCE from a number of different sources is tearing the
government's wretched coverup of this monstrosity to shreds as this is
written. Texas Rangers (God bless 'em!) have staked out a position
firmly in opposition to the revolting, ongoing distortions of truth and
OBSTRUCTION of justice still being perpetrated by the federal government
regarding the Waco slaughter.

The Rangers are in possession of material evidence clearly showing that
incendiary devices and potential incendiary devices WERE fired into the
compound by federal agents despite nonstop claims by Reno to the contrary.

Other evidence solidly supporting this fact has come from documents and
materials provided by the National Reconnaissance Office and even the
FBI. (Obviously some agents cannot stomach the grotesque horror
unleashed by the government at Waco). Suffice to say this is HARD,
irrefutable EVIDENCE.

One of the principal attorneys helping Waco survivors in their legal
efforts to reopen the whole issue and bring the truth to light is former
U.S. Attorney General Ramsey Clark.

Clark, interestingly enough, has been VERY closely connected to the late
John Kennedy Jr. for some time. The two had collaborated on a number of
undertakings and were known to share viewpoints on a number of issues
relating to government and government policies, principles, guidelines
and such.

Bear in mind here the timing: as Kennedy had just confirmed all
arrangements necessary for conducting an interview with Adminstration
bruiser Janet Reno in the very near future. It's KNOWN that tough
questions about Waco and Reno's and the Clinton Administration's tactics
there were HIGH on Kennedy's list for Reno.

Kennedy had been devoting lots of paper to exposing "conspiracies" and
coverups in George Magazine.

Kennedy by all indications was going to run for national political
office; probably next year against Hillary Clinton in the NY Senate
primary; perhaps even right for the presidency in 2000. He was
DEFINITELY set to make a move.

Kennedy's close buddy Ramsey Clark had been DEEPLY involved in
unearthing solid and POWERFUL evidence of federal government malfeasance
regarding their conduct at Waco. The efforts of Clark, the Texas
Rangers, "Rules of Engagement" filmmaker Michael McNulty, Texas
Department of Public Safety chairman James B. Francis Jr. and a number
of disaffected federal agents are currently causing the wall of lies and
coverup about the government's massacre of defenseless citizens to
crumble--and when it does, Clinton, Reno along with ATF, FBI and other
agency chiefs will be revealed as the murderous criminals they are.

Ramsey Clark is right in the MIDDLE of this process, and would
UNDOUBTEDLY have been funneling critical information to JFK Jr JUST as
Kennedy's interview with Reno would have been ready to publish. Ouch.

A simultaneous and damning article in George on top of a complete legal
collapse of the federal government's position and tactics regarding
Waco may have been just too much for these vermin to contemplate.

Thus, I consider it a strong possibility John Kennedy Jr.'s death and
those of his wife and sister-in-law can be added to the "Clinton Kill Count".

The Waco cover-up begins to unravel

By Paul Craig Roberts

In July 27, the chairman of the Texas Department of Public Safety,
James B. Francis Jr., told the Dallas Morning News that evidence in
possession of the Texas Rangers calls into question the federal
government's account of the deadly federal assault and subsequent fire
that claimed the lives of scores of men, women and children in the
Branch Davidian compound in Waco, Texas, in 1993.

Mr. Francis wants to turn the evidence over to federal district court
Judge Walter Smith. The U.S. Department of Justice is trying to block
the Texas Rangers from releasing the evidence.

Mr. Francis says that the Rangers have "some evidence that the world
needs to see, in my opinion. The government does not want this evidence
out, and yet, that's not right." Mr. Francis added: "It is a complete stonewall."

Lawyers and investigators involved in the wrongful death suits tell me
that they have powerful evidence that the federal government is guilty
of criminal assault, criminal negligence, and reckless endangerment.

The evidence of wrongful death is partly the work of seasoned
investigators like Gordon Novel, and persistent attorneys such as David
Hardy, who succeeded in forcing release of information through the
Freedom of Information Act. But some important evidence appears to have
leaked from government officials sickened by the federal massacre and cover-up.

There is a belief within the government itself that if the federal
government gets away with its Waco cover-up, the casualty will be the
rule of law.

Former Attorney General Ramsey Clark is a lawyer for many of the
wrongful death suits. He described to me some of the key evidence: the
FLIR tape (Forward Looking Infra Red), which shows federal automatic
fire into the compound on the day of the fire.

Mr. Clark also has Dr. Edward F. Allard's "Thermal Imaging Report" and
the "Sun Reflection Geometry Report" prepared by Maurice Cox of the
National Reconnaissance Office. These reports make clear that the images
on the FLIR tape are images of federal gunfire.

Mr. Hardy says he has an FBI report that acknowledges federal gunshots
during the fire originating from an FBI position designated as Sierra One.

Mr. Hardy also has an Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms memo reporting that
three ATF agents went on a friendly shooting excursion with David Koresh
nine days before the initial ATF assault on the compound. Koresh was the
Branch Davidian leader who the government claims could not be lured out
of the compound to be served with a warrant.

Recently, the Texas Rangers allowed Michael McNulty, producer of the
award-winning 1997 documentary "Waco: The Rules of Engagement," access
to physical evidence that incendiary devices were fired into the
compound by federal agents on the day of the fire. Mr. McNulty is
working on a sequel to his award-winning film.

Former Attorney General Ramsey Clark says the evidence of wrongful
death is overwhelming --even without the powerful evidence in his
possession. "The first civil right," Mr. Clark says, "is to be free from
unlawful and excessive force by your own police. That is the difference
between a free society and a police state."

"At Waco a police force exceeding 700 men with armored vehicles began a
systematic aggressive attack in a situation rife with flammable
materials and high winds. It is indisputable that this is reckless endangerment."

"How could it happen that a flimsy building full of men, women and
children could be assaulted by the U.S. government in that way?"

This question demands an answer.
