I just recently learned that Tampa City Police Department is
NOT in compliance with y2k directives though two years have
been spent knowing about it...they think the comm center
will probably go down...HAPPYU NEW YEAR!!!!!....But this
dovetails perfectly with the mayors plans to militarize the
police here and that speaks volumes, particularly as
concerns nefarious collusions....here is a thread that might
be a repost but is interesting nonetheless...

I do not know how new this military take over of civilian
government and its
police is to you, or how long you have been researching
this.
I have done much work the past four years while it was being
implemented, I
even addressed a delegation of senators and representatives
in Jupiter Town
Hall here in Florida in Jan 97 about it. It is a matter of
public record
what was said there, but what became apparent was that it
was a done deal
through orders from above in the not so white house. An
EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT
ASSISTANCE COMPACT (EMAC) was entered into by Florida and
many other states
violating the compact clause of the U.S. Constitution, later
though after I
brought this fact out the congress scum covered the rears of
those who
violate the Constitution so openly by giving its grace to
the compact,
"after the fact".
You need to get a copy of EMERGENCY SUPPORT FUNCTION-16
(ESF-16) from your
counties emergency management people. There are links within
that document
that PROVE without question that the SHERIFF who they tell
you is a
Constitutional Officer, is in fact not, is beholden to the
FLORIDA
DEPARTMENT OF LAW ENFORCEMENT a statutorily created entity
of the state,
then FDLE is beholden to FEMA and the DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE
for all
EMERGENCIES! Do not take my word for this get the documents,
see for
yourself the VIOLATIONS of both U.S. and Florida
Constitutions, laws,
statutes, states rights and a whole array of other
infringements.
FIGHTING TERRORISM is but another tool (PLOY) used to
VIOLATE America and
it's people, by those who are the real TERRORISTS!
