I think it's obvious to people on this list that some sort of
spindoctoring, if not outright coverup, is occuring regarding this
incident....
To me, Furrow sounds like someone who actually worked for the government,
and infiltrated white supremist groups as a government mole, and to play
the role of instigator....anyone who remembers COINTELPRO know that the
government did just that with various civil rights, antiwar, and
environmentalist groups in the 1960s and 70s....and while the COINTELPRO
program ceased to exist UNDER THAT NAME, it is very unlikely that the
government ever ceased its program of infiltrating what it deems
'subversive' groups...
One of the major scandals of COINTELPRO was the fact that almost every
act of violence performed by one of the 'subversive' groups had in fact
been instigated by a government mole who'd infiltrated the group....
As for the specifics of this case, first off one would think that any
antisemite with half a brain would realize shooting up preschoolers in a
daycamp will engender SYMPATHY for Jews, not inspire a religious war
against them....just like when a firebomb in a southern church killed 3
little black girls turned general public sympathy TOWARDS passage of the
Civil Rights Act of 1964, when previously the majority of the public had
been apathetic at best towards the plight of southern blacks...
I think it should also be pointed out that rarely are these types of
daycamps/daycare centers exclusionary to those of other religions...many
that even provide daily religious instruction many times have separate
activities for kids of other religions who may be attending....or the
center doesn't even provide religious instruction, just operates as any
secular daycare or daycamp does...
So what I'm pointing out is the fact that while this occured at a daycamp
operated by the local JCC, the attendees weren't necessary all Jewish....
perhaps they were, but it isn't someonthing that can automatically be
ASSUMED...
It's already been pointed out the discrepancy in the discription of the
perpetrator in the early reports...but I haven't seen any discussion
regarding these reports, and the later report that the same person who
was responsible for the daycamp shootings later shot and killed a
postman....
Now, the early reports described the daycamp shooter as a teenager or
young man, carrying an assault rifle and handgun....this later 'morphed'
into middleaged Furrow with his Uzi....
But the postman was shot with a 9mm handgun....which strengthens the
belief that indeed there was at least a 2nd person involved....
Anyone who, like me, is 'of a certain age', should be getting a 'deja vu'
feeling regarding the shooting of this postal worker....to me it has all
the earmarks of Officer Tibbets' shooting in Dallas after JFK was
assassinated...and subsequent evidence that has come to light for the
most part proves that Oswald could not have possibly been the man who shot
Tibbets...but Tibbets' shooting served a purpose (actually, multiple
purposes), mainly as an excuse to arrest Oswald and pin the JFK shooting
on him....
One of the possible reasons for the killing of this postman (there were
probably multiple goals) is that it gives the Feds a legal reason to get
involved in what would have been solely a local and state criminal
matter; also, since there haven't been any deaths in the JCC daycamp
shootings, then the perpetrator wouldn't face the death penalty, like the
perp of the postman shooting will...
The media has been conjecturing where Furrow got the money to afford the
longdistance taxi rides to Navada...but their focus hints at money from
various white supremist groups, while I suspect Furrow was a government
mole, and his taxiride was funded thereby....
