-Caveat Lector- This post is to ask for your networking help to further the research of a former (fired) Assistant Secretary of Housing in the Bush Administration and investment banker for HUD in the Clinton Administration, and now investigative journalist, who, as a result of being a "whistle blower", believes that she has been the target of covert non-lethal weaponry to attempt to dissuade her efforts to bring out the truth of her experiences and documented research related to an apparently hidden economic agenda behind an "ethnic cleansing in America" being implemented to benefit megabuckaneers with the complicity of rogue elements associated with the US government. The latter part of this post details her specific areas of inquiry, experiences and reasoning behind her interest in learning all that she can about non-lethal weapons programs. That issue also had her article on "The Ultimate New Business Cold Call" discussing the recent visit (reported widely by Associated Press) of the New York Stock Exchange Chairman, Richard Grasso, to the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Columbia (FARC), to (she claims) make an appeal to ensure the liquidity of the NYSE which is sufficiently dependent on high margin cocaine profits that her conclusion was "Chairman Grasso's trip says to me that organized crime dollars have replaced petrodollars as the American financial system's number one circulatory disease and our addiction to drug profits is increasing our risk of a financial heart attack". Her blockbuster story in the May issue, "HUD Story of 'Ethnic Cleansing' Pattern in American Inner Cities May Have Roots in American Policy Dating To The Sixties" indicated that the crack cocaine epidemic in Los Angeles, now conclusively tied to CIA operations that protected drug shipments into the city, might have been parts of a government-sanctioned plan to force minorities to default on mortgages and flee inner cities so that huge profits could be generated by reselling abandoned homes. From The Wilderness has since obtained documents and other investigative leads which indicate that -- after the 1967 Detroit riots -- it became the official policy of the US government, on advice of officials from the CIA, the military and major defense contractors, to find ways to force minorities to leave the inner cities. According to the documents, cohesive concentrations of minorities were thought to be too great a political and economic threat to the government. The leads obtained include evidence of at least one murder of a government official to conceal this plan and evidence of its implementation in other cities than Los Angeles. Over the last year, I have read every book that I have found on Amazon or referred to on the internet. I regularly troll the WWW and believe I am reasonably current on what is up and about there. My area of focus is on current federal investment in this weaponry, particularly what is under prototype and testing for domestic application. I am interested in any federal agency or related contractor/proprietary involvement, including the Department of Defense/Department of Justice MOU to explore domestic applications for weaponry. This is sometimes referred to as "military operations other than war." I am interested in statutory and regulatory authorizations, budgets, program design, contracts and any information about the state of programmatic investment by the appropriate federal authorities. Trying to find this stuff quickly, is a little like "Car 54, Where are You". I am also interested in understanding any joint efforts between DOD and/or DOJ and federal and state law enforcement agencies and multijurisdictional teams, such as HUD and its Enforcement Center or its Operation Safe Home program, that could come under the umbrella of the "war on drugs" and could be a potential testing ground for these technologies. I am also interested in any training, plans, deployment to make these technologies ready for application in the near future for various forms of urban population control. This includes their use on real estate accumulation and gentrification, whether by government and enforcement swat teams to support such efforts or by private parties working without systemic government support. The technology that I am focused on includes electromagnetic pulse weapons, other directed energy, laser guns, biological agents (particularly viral agents such as those that are ear, nose and throat related) and infrasound. If anyone knows lawyers, law enforcement folks, budget analysts, doctors, etc who could help me better understand what non-lethal weapons are out in the field being prototyped domestically, by whom and with what result, I would really appreciate it.
