The shooting site (North Valley Community Center) is located not far from (only 5 minutes away from) L.A.P.D.'s new Special Weapons Tactical Training Facility, inconspicuously located (behind the hill next to the freeway) just north of Rinaldi St. and west of 405 Fwy (and just south of where 5 Fwy meets 405 Fwy).
