I need speak to you about "purchase on line" from inforian quest 99. 
On July 7th, 1999 I purchesed on line from inforian quest 99. It billed me this very moment. It would send to me a registration number. I wait, on wait. Never it was send to me. I wrote e mail to inforian quest again and again. They never answer me. Well, I think something was wrong with my credit card, so, I returned to the inforian web site and, another time, I purchesed the same produt! Once again, they billed my credit card and another time, didn't send a registration number to me. I have paid twice to a program that don't work because they didn't send a registration number to me or answer one of the e mzails that I have sending to them. I would like to know what I can do now. I live in Brazil and Inforian don't have any representation here!!! I am appealed; I always purchase from Internet and it never happened to me till purchese from Inforian. Please, anyone can tell to me what can I do now?
