-Caveat Lector- During my investigations and my ever questioning mind, I came across a book by a guy named Bill Kaysing (a few years ago), entitled "We Never Went to the Moon." He proposed that the Apollo missions were all staged. It sounds utterly absurd, until I read his book. In 1997 Fortean Times magazine (which I read) published a several page spread giving some of the evidence which proved that we never went there. Like Bill Kaysing, they questioned the Apollo photographs and hired a top British photography expert to analyse them. He concluded they were all faked, i.e. shot on a set, the lighting and shadows were all out of wack. Fast forward to about a year ago. A French self taught physicist met Bill and also became convinced the Apollo missions were a fraud. He wrote a very dificult to get book, "NASA Mooned America." Last year on CTRL I heard about a video made by investigative reporter (James Collier, co-author of "Votescam")called, "Was it Only a Paper Moon?" I just purchased and watched the two hour video and I'm convinced beyond a shadow of a doubt that NASA staged one of the biggest hoax's ever perpetrated on America. Below are some of the many obvious mistakes in NASA's Apollo productions. Jim Collier ( the reporter) went to a lot of trouble making measurements of the module they supposedly went in and came to a valid conclusion that, with all their bulky breathing apparatus, they wouldn't have been able to get in and out of the bloody thing. The craft in the museum was different to the craft shown in supposedly live B/W footage of the craft, and the pilots floating in and out of the hatch, THE HATCH IS OBVIOUSLY WIDER AND THE RIVETS ARE DIFFERENT. 1. The most incredible part of his investigation was the fact that when he went to NASA to ask for all the documentation on one of the most important events of the 20th cetnury, they had destroyed it all. When he went to Boeing, who made the Lan, Apollo craft, guess what, they had destroyed all of the documentation too!! 2. One of the reasons he wanted the Lans specs was because it had jets mounted on the top of the craft on the left and right. These jets were supposed to power the craft horizontally, while the main propulsion came from below. He wanted to know the physics of how those two top jets could function and the craft not flip around in circles, getting nowhere? 3. The Rover, (battery car) that they ran around in on the moon, in one famous scene they take it for a spin and it is kicking up dust from the rear tires. The problem is the dust goes up at the most 8 feet, with no atmosphere on the moon and 1/6 th the gravity, that dust should rise about 60 feet and end in a perfect arch. It doesn't, it goes up eight feet and abruptly stops. It hits atmosphere because it was a filmed somewhere in the USA according to Jim. 4. There isn't one star seen whilst they are on the moon. With no atmosphere the stars should be incredibly clear and bright. I read the reason the NASA didn't include the stars was because it would be extremely difficult to fool Astronomers and get star placement correct. 5. One shot shows an imprint of astronaut's shoe in the Moon surface. How can there be enough moisture in a 250 degree heat dustbowl to hold particles together to make an imprint? How could thay survive in the craft in that kind of heat? 6. When they supposedly land on the moon the footage looks really fake. With .10,000 pounds of thrust there should have been a massive dust cloud. Instead it looks like airbrushing. There is no crater under the exhaust. 7. As I said before, all the photographs , (and there aren't that many considering it was such a momentous event) are off. Shadows are wrong and lighting angles do not match up with the only light source, the sun. The dark side of the craft is lit up like Disneyland; where did that light come from? 8. A very important question is one of radiation. Once they got clear of the earths atmosphere the radiation will kill you very quickly. The craft and suits did not look as if they were hermetically sealed. 9. We know white men can't jump, but on the moon one of the astro's only jumps about 4 feet. With only 1/6 the gravity, why only 4 feet? Why didn't they throw a ball 60 feet in the air instead of throwing an equipment case 4 feet above their heads? 10. Here's a good one. A moon rock has a letter C on it and is rounded in parts. How can you round a rock with no wind, rain or sand erosion and no atmosphere? I guess props missed that one. 11. Why didn't they place mirror reflectors up there so we would know for sure that they went there? 12. In shots inside the craft as it heads for the Moon, how come blue light (looks like sky)is coming in through one of the windows? There's no blue light in space. And the anomolies keep on coming. It is incedible nobody has bothered really getting answers to these questions. The only criticism I have of his video is that he didn't get or at least try to get the opinions of physicist's, astronomers, photographers or any other professional people. I know most wouldn't give him the time of day, but you may get one or two. Speaking of which maybe I will try and run it by some people. Comments anyone?. Gavin.
