-Caveat Lector- In Britain, it seems that whenever someone wants to commission an 'authoritative report' on the security services, or their going's on, who do they call? ... well its not Ghost Busters, for sure. They call Duncan Campbell, 'a British Investigative Reporter', who supplies all the nitty-gritty they need, and meets the required publishing requirements. Surely, wouldn't they be better just asking the 'Public Affairs Office' of 'who/where-ever' for a prospectus. But then, that wouldn't have quite the same ring to it, would it?? Anyone else have any thoughts on Duncan Campbell, ..... "a thoroughly British" Investigative Reporter??
