Then they better make a lot of changes out there.  Israel has been spying on
us as long as there's been an Israel, and I'm sure we've been trying to spy
back.  We do have a problem, since our CIA seems to have serious mental
problems, but I'm sure we try.  Actually there really are no "friends" in
business or politics, so it's perfectly fair to spy on anyone you can spy on.
