Mostert: I am a Physicist. The following may be of use to you in your development of written arguments involving the murder of the Branch Davidians. 1. The final assault involved a purposeful use of the physics of gases and the prevailing conditions to murder the residents of Mt. Carmel. A. Military vehicles purposefully destroyed and opened the frontal exits, located near major hallways of the building on the windward side to open up conveying tunnels by which flammably-propelled CS gas could be injected into the house. The exits were then guarded to prevent escape. B. The back was demolished leaving an opening in a position where a few remaining living souls would have to move to escape the violent conflagration generated by the frontal action. Most would be killed quickly as if put into a crematory retort alive. C. The flammable carrier of the injected CS gas was ignited visibly from the upwind tank in video that has been shown in public since 1993. For Federal officials to state that the government did not start the blaze is to ignore direct video evidence that the gas did indeed burn, ans was indeed injected from the upwind side.. D. According to Bernoullli's principal, the pressure exerted by any fluid (air) will decrease as the velocity of that fluid increases. What this means is that the high velocity of the wind that day caused the back of the Mt. Carmel building to become a low pressure area, resulting in a 'sucking' of all of the burning gas through the entire complex toward the back opening. E. With flaming gas being injected in huge amounts in the front, the huge, rapid burning of the complex HAD TO OCCUR with the conditions the way they were. There is no other final outcome possible. 2. Government agencies use experts to determine proper use of flammable, and gaseous agents when deployed on scene. THE GOVERNMENT AGENCIES PRESENT ON THE LAST DAY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND WHAT THE RESULT WOULD BE -- THE DEATHS OF AS MANY LIVING SOULS IN THE BUILDING AS POSSIBLE BY FLAMES. There is no other acceptable possibility. This is a case of MURDER, and the laws of physics concur with the judgment. It is interesting that no media was allowed in back. The rear was the chosen field of fire to eliminate all who tried to escape from the approaching flames. In the infrared video, one can see stable, mechanized units firing bullets into the back opening to halt or kill those trying to exit. These look to me to be treaded robot units, which would be unphased by the great heat of the flames. My opinion: The BATF wanted to justify funding. Clinton's buddy from BATF Little Rock is told, probably by Clinton, to find a target group by which a case may be made for increased and constant Congressional funding. The selection process is timely as there is a deadline before the hearings. The Davidians were perfect. The group is a non-mainstream denomination, can be labeled with a 'cult' label, and backing false charges of sexual nature can be made against a strong personality leader. Made up of mostly women and children, located in a controllable area where a staged raid can be pulled off seemingly easily; Operation "Showtime" is planned and brought off with all of the BATF-allowed cameras rolling. The only problem is that these American Citizens fought back for their freedom like their Founding Fathers before them. BATF personnel accidently shot when exiting the horse trailer, causing a resulting firefight that killed many persons. No warrant was ever served. Where is the solid metal door from the front which would prove what happened? It is not "lost" accidently! Editor's Note: This refers to the entrance to the building which was a metal double door. Davidians said the BATF started shooting first and the BATF said the Davidians started shooting first. There were bullet holes in the side of the door which Koresh slammed shut when the shooting began. Pictures were taken, they were printed, showing the bullet holes. They would have easily proved whether the Davidians shot through the door or the BATF shot through the door. After the whole thing was over, the door with the bullet holes was never seen again, and the entire ruins of the building were promptly bulldozed into oblivion before any outside investigator could analyse anything left.) The injury and murder of so many men, women and children in the initial assault causes a "Clean up" operation to become necessary. Clinton's very Presidency was in danger of being lost over this fiasco. The press was moved away, and finally the Davidians are killed... with the evidence destroyed, to protect Clinton et al. those lucky to survive are railroaded to prison, with a total supressing of vital defense information, and set in front of a 'frendly' judge. According to my viewing of the videos, it is possible that the fires inside were initiated by simple kerosene lamps as the real cause of the flames, the injection and ignition of gases in the front moved through the structure. This would answer why they all seemed to start in a sequence which would mirror the movement of the fluid through the building. This WAS MURDER. Why else would the tank blades then push all of the debris (and bodies) into a pile to cause the near total destruction of evidence. I am trained in the detection of arson. Arson investigators could have determined whether the fire was Davidian initiated, or made in other ways. Once the evidence is piled by the tanks that possibility becomes very hard to determine, with the Government able to say most anything about the initiation of the action. The gas initiated flames would have left a visible 'char' in large segments on all of the burned wood in the hallways which would have shown beyond all doubt that the flames were gas initiated.
