The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms claims that the raid against the Branch Davidian Church was done pursuant to affidavits and warrants, but pieces of evidence form an intelligence mosaic to show this was not what happened in Texas in 1993. The intelligence mosaic which establishes this revelation is built from, but not limited to the following: 1. Reports made on March 4, 1993 concerning plans to force the Branch Davidians from their church, describing an amateur radio tower. 2. Description by an amateur radio operator of the outdoor antenna used at the Davidian church station. 3. Affidavit from BATF Special Agent Dunagan describing equipment used by the amateur radio station. 4. Classification by FBI and FCC of documents pertaining to the amateur radio station at Mount Carmel Center and the operators of that station. 5. Efforts at White House to protect documents pertaining to the involvement of the President Clinton in the operations at Waco, including abuse of office. This violates the clear language of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). 6. Illegal classification of document by FBI and FCC to avoid criminal prosecution. 7. Efforts by the U.S. Attorneys Office to conceal the fact they gave no authorization to FBI for illegal jamming. A FOIA request for this document is on permanent delay. 8. Section 706 of the Communications Act authorizing the President to suspend the Act during time of war. 9. FCC acting as co-conspirator with FBI to violate the Communications Act. 10. Aerial photographs which show that the radio tower was missing on the morning of February 28, 1993 prior to the raid. This is the same tower described as existing four days later on March 4. On March 4, 1993, The Houston Chronicle reported FBI plans to force the Branch Davidians from their home. Most of these plans were used. FBI cut off electrical power, diverted telephone lines to the BATF-FBI Forward Tactical Combat Command Center across the street from the church. Powerful stadium lights were erected and loud and upsetting noises were used to deprive the Davidians of sleep, all according to the plan of March 4. But one means was only briefly mentioned and never pursued by the media after March 4: destroying the amateur radio tower? FBI gleefully reported every action against the Branch Davidians. Why would they not report destroying the tower? We saw footage of tanks crushing and towing cars and trucks, but never any pictures of the destruction of the tower. What happened to it? There was, without question, both a station and a tower at Mount Carmel Center. Wayne Martin gave a description of it to fellow amateur operators in Waco. Both BATF and FBI were aware of the radio station. A New York Times article gave Agent Dunagan's very frightening details about this station. Both FBI and FCC withheld classified documents pertaining to this station. FBI admits jamming the station. Why the top-level national-security status of classification and secrecy in this case which happened so long ago? FBI cannot manipulate time to change the chronological order of events. Aerial photographs from early February 28, 1993 shows that the tower described by FBI and a station operator was already missing. This photo was made prior to the arrival of vehicles carrying BATF agents. So why would FBI announce that they would destroy this tower which did not exist? FBI had to create a scenario whereby the missing tower could be accounted for. No evidence exists for the destruction of the tower on or after March 4, 1993 when the announcement to destroy it was made. No authorization was ever requested or given to destroy a radio tower. Why would it be considered necessary, pursuant to serving a warrant, to illegally destroy a radio station? Only on the battlefield is such destructive warfare allowed. The true causes for the raid of February 28 may never be known, but we can be absolutely certain that this was not the service of a warrant. To destroy the means of communication with the outside world, and then cover up this operation, and classify documents illegally for the purpose of evading prosecution, clearly shows that the raid on the Davidian church in 1993 was well-planned and deliberate genocide and mass murder. The BATF has admitted, as we clearly know now, that they did not have a warrant with them to serve. Certainly all the evidence cries out that BATF was not there to serve a warrant. The outside world could not be allowed to know that the horror they planned was the slaughter of Christians. The White House has violated FOIA to hide documents revealing President Clinton's involvement in the operations at Waco. The U.S. Attorneys Office has violated FOIA to protect FBI, which claims authorization from the U.S. Attorneys which cannot authorize any crime. FBI and FCC have illegally classified documents to avoid criminal prosecution. FCC Chairman Hundt, prior to Chairman Kennard, refused to address the illegal collusion of FCC in the crimes of the FBI. Chairman Kennard is doing the same. Speaker of the House of Representatives Newt Gingrich refused to investigate this case when he saw that it lead to the White House.
