I have sent this on to many
in my mailing list. My cousin spent five years in that prison
system.Massachusetts has the most corrupted officials of any state I
have ever lived in. they will railraod you when and if they can and stack the
deck against you if they can get away with it. With all the liberals in that
state you'd think that that wouldn't be the case, but it is. My cousin, no
previous record of anything, gave a customer from his tavern a ride home,
and he got busted for loitering for drugs, and never did drugs and didn'tknow
the man he gave a ride home . The man had been busted and needed to
get 10- people busted so my cousin was set up by being offered a
very expensive ring in exchange for the ride in a snow storm. He was a young man
with everything to live for and now is marked for life with this on his record.
YHVH sees all and one day..... JUSTICE WILL PREVAIL..... amen.....

JOHN SWEENEY SENTENCED TO
SERVE 120 DAYS IN PRISON!
HE IS CURRENTLY BEING HELD AT THE PLYMOUTH
(Massachusetts) COUNTY CORRECTIONAL FACILITY AWAITING ASSIGNMENT TO A FEDERAL
PRISON!
The conviction appeal is moving forward as scheduled.
He
is a political prisoner today; for reasons that he has the courage to stand up
for his Constitutional Rights.
In addition to sentencing him to 120
days in Jail, he was ordered to remain in Massachusetts under virtual house
arrest, only allowed to leave by approval of the Judge and after submitting a
detailed itinerary as to what he is doing, who he is meeting with , where,
when etc.
Although the sentence was stayed pending an appeal, John
Sweeney self-surrendered to the federal court and U. S. Marshals on Monday,
August 23, 1999.
John and Rhetta are continuing their work in
Washington D.C. Rather than remain indefinitely as a political prisoner in
Massachusetts, and being forced to submit names and details of their
Congressional work and support base, John has chosen to serve the court
ordered time in prison while Rhetta pursues the Congressional work in
Washington.
