I've been cannning tomatoes. It's nice to have them during the winter
months, but it's not very stimulating--just a lot of tasks over and over.
Anyway, I've been listening to books on tape while I peeled, chopped, etc.,
and one of them was "Time Present, Time Past" a memoir by Bill Bradley.
Apparently there really is an old fashioned. real Democrat out there. I'm
going to be watching this guy very carefully, but if he really believes what
he wrote about in this book, I think he would be the kind of president this
country could use. Maybe I've been hoodwinked, but I swear I think this guy
really gives a damn. Prudy.
