-Caveat Lector- You all know, of course, that the rapist is an alleged Baptist; his behavior notwithstanding. lol Bard "... the habits of thinking in a free country should inspire caution in those entrusted with its administration to confine themselves within their respective constitutional spheres, avoiding in the exercise of the powers of one department to encroach upon another. The spirit of encroachment tends to consolidate the powers of all the departments in one, and thus to create, whatever the form of government, a real despotism...." --George Washington -----Original Message----- From: NewsHawk Inc. The message forwarded below indicates that this suspicious church-burning craze is being "investigated"--in CLASSIC "fox guarding the henhouse" fashion--by a veteran spook formerly in charge of the infamous COINTELPRO program of "Sixties" infamy; which specialized in the "arts" of infiltrating, subverting, manipulating, co-opting, provoking and inciting numerous anti-government groups using fed double-agents (often "provocateur") during the 1960s. Like we'll EVER get the truth on those church-burning incidents either. And no suspects were arraigned at that date (a few years ago). The Baptists are admirable in that they do not believe that a priest or authority is necessary for them to have a communication with god. The individual can relate to god directly, which is a relatively novel concept. Maybe this is perceived as dangerous to government. -Jim ------------------------------------------------------------------------ eGroups.com home: http://www.egroups.com/group/newshawk http://www.egroups.com - Simplifying group communications DECLARATION & DISCLAIMER ========== CTRL is a discussion and informational exchange list.
