Who's paying those experts? High US govt officials [SecDoE, ChJCoS]
were in Ankara for the Turkey quake; who were in Athens & Taipei for
the Greek & Taiwanese quakes? Who'll be where for the next one(s)?
Did Clinton conspire with Beijing to trigger the latest? What's the
state of the art in quake technology?
