lookout for seizable cash or property. Joining this effort are just about
every government agency including the military, the Coast Guard, DEA,
National Guard, all of whom currently have authorities as never before
permitted in America.
3. The police establishment is using " The drug war" to build an empire of
bureaucrats, law enforcement, lawyers, judges, jails, jail builders, and
jailers, and on and on. Much of the citizenry considers them to be "jack
booted thugs".
4. The best analysis and solution I've seen is spelled out in a book named
"Drug Crazy" by Mike Gray.
5. At some point this is going to come to a showdown. Many of us have had
enough allready!!
