Hold on! Hold on! Before you get yourself in a tizzy. No one censors
anything here, except for the stuff that is outlined in the footer to all
messages, everything is okay. Sometimes people post to the list more than 7
messages, which is the number allotted to non-moderators per day, and they
get a rejected message posting, which tells them to repost again the next
day. Or the daily limit of 100 messages is reached and messages are rejected
until the next day and are automatically posted then. It is a LISTSERV
function, no censorship involved.

screeds are not allowed. Substance�not soapboxing! These are sordid matters
and 'conspiracy theory', with its many half-truths, misdirections and outright
frauds is used politically by different groups with major and minor effects

gives no endorsement to the validity of posts, and always suggests to readers;
