Quo Warranto means simply, 'by what warrant'
(by what right). e.g., by what warrant do
you have the legitimate authority to violate
one's rights using mere color of law ['that
which on the surface appears to be law,
but is actually no law' -- which today
makes up the vast majority of 'law' that
is currently enforced by the terrocrats
(terrorist-bureaucrats)].
Writs of Quo Warranto are used for the
'disillusion of a corporation' that has
violated its corporate charter (in the
case of 'da gubbmint': the constitution).
Anyone can easily get a copy of these
writs by copying them off at their
local law library in the collection
of green books containing the 'Practice
and Pleadings' forms. They're alphabetized,
so just look under vol. 'Q'; they're not
hard to find.
