Careful measurement of the proper location
of the concrete room backed with a new webpage
(http://ian.goddard.net/measure.htm) showing
how it's done to satisfy one and all that it
is correct proves that my initial placement
was not more than roughly four-feet off, the
result being effectively nill... the blast is
decisively on top of the room, not coming from
behind it where a propane tank was located,
about ten-feet away from the room's rear wall.
I have also received many counters that allay
the skeptical concerns I cited, which I will
cover in subsequent messages. Observe that the
base of the stem of the fireball is about ten-
feet wide or more, which means that this is
NOT a thin jet of gas streaming from the valve
of an over-heated propane tank! Those who know
about these tanks tell me that an overheated
tank venting its contents would NOT produce
the explosive fireball seen. Also observe that
the fireball has carried debris up with it,
which is another phenomena not consistent
with gas being ejected from and escape valve.
I now feel embarrassed for having retracted
my declaration of proof of a military-grade
explosive going off. To be frank, there is
simply NO other phenomenon that could produce
the dramatic distribution of debris seen on

of the concrete room. Fire will not do this!
I hope people appreciate -- and forgive! --
my often-excessive efforts to be sure that
my analysis is accurate. I'm my worst critic!
The bomb theory is back and really is one of
the major issues of Waco, exactly what happened
in that utterly demolished room where the women
and children were hideously burned and mutilated?
