Have you ever witnessed a nation die, a people become enslaved,
and a great country fallen to its knees?
Have you ever witnessed a war in which the people are unaware
that a war is occuring and they are the ones under attack?
Have you ever walked by a homeless person in complete disregard, not offering a helping hand?
Do you realize how many thousands of innocent American citizens
are under attack by their own government and the court system?
How many trillions of dollars have been unlawfully extorted
from hard working Americans without their consent or knowledge?
Do you hear the march of tyranny descending upon this land
as certain as the holocaust that once capitivated Germany?

All this is occuring TODAY in the united states
of America. It is painful to witness daily such events because the present
"U.S. citizens" who reside in this country haven't a clue as to their
historical or present political , economic or legal condition. We the People
are in such denial and ignorance that we're willing to be lied to, to accept
those lies as truth without questioning authority or facing the facts. The
fact is that the united states of America as one nation is defunct, the
federal, State and local governments are bankrupt, and the entire legal system
is administering the bankruptcy by "legally" attacking the assets of the
American people and denying due process and basis constitutional rights
through endless reams of unjust and unfair statutory law.
The subjugation of all the ideals that once made
this country great is almost complete. Americans are completely demoralized
and stripped of their citizenship and power. Social unrest, civil violence,
homelessness and drug abuse are symtoms of the overall collapse of the
American empire. We the People have unconditionally surrendered to a foreign
power. Unless we rediscover our citizenship and America, the unitedstates of
America is just another chapter in somebody else's history book.
I am writing because, my perspective is unique,
as I have recently expatriated as a "U.S. citizen" and reclaimed my preamble,
sovereign state Citizenship under the Declaration of Independence (1776), the
Bill of Rights (1791,) and two hundred years of American law. I am a
sovereign, domiciled (state) citizen of the Oregon REPUBLIC, deeply concerned
about the dire plight of his neighbors. I cannot stand by and watch a great
nation die with people I love and care for being trashed by the "system"
everyday. I have taken action that is not only lawful but necessary to restore
the checks and balances, the liberties and the sovereignty which is all but
lost in our present DEMOCRACY.
Too many people are afraid to stand up and be
noticed, for fear of their own government. If the American people are so
intimidated by the government that they are afraid for their life, then
something is terribly wrong with that government, and it MUST be abolished.
The government is out of "your" control. The checks and balances once inherent
in the U.S. Constitution are gone. The government, supposedly your government,
routinely attacks innocent Citizens and extorts both money and property from
them. Your choices are simple. You can unconditionally surrender to the
economic slavery that is your fate, lay down and die. Or you can take a stand
and lawfully defend yourself, your family, your country, your fellow Citizens,
and your unalienable rights.
The U.S. Congress and other government agencies
routinely create criminals of U.S. citizens soas to justify the extortion of
money and property to service an unpayable national and corporate debt on
behalf of foreign principles/creditors. No American is safe from government
assault through forfeiture laws, environmental laws, the rights of eminent
domain and the reams of statutory law that are selectively enforced on the
people with one objective--to demoralize the American people into submission
and subserviance to a foreign power. Do not trust licensed, Bar Association
attorneys. Attorneys do not practice law. The UCC is the statutory execution
of bankruptcy proceedings against the people on behalf of the foreign
principles/creditors. It's really that simple.
Furthermore the American people are funding the
government to institute this political and economic oppression by being
intimidated into paying income taxes. Such activity on behalf of your
government, any government is morally and ethically destitute of either
substance or law. We are no longer a nation of laws, but a mob of
self-interested, power-hungry men and women protecting only their meager share
of privileges and so-called rights. We the People have become so demoralized,
so destitute that economic slavery appears a desirable fate for far too many
people. This is not your government. This is tyranny. WAKE UP AMERICA! Take a
hard look at reality.
There is a long road home, if you'll reclaim
your sovereign citizenship, your unalienable rights, take back your
government, become self-educated in law, citizenship, history, economics and
politics. Be your own lawyer. Do not hesitate to protect your assets and
property from the imminent foreclosure by the government on behalf of the
foreign creditors/principles who have stolen your country.
DISCOVER how you can:
- 1) REVOKE all powers of attorney granted unknowingly to various agencies of the government,
- 2) EXPATRIATE from the jurisdiction of the federal United States, reclaim your sovereign state Citizenship,
- RESERVE ALL YOUR UNALIENABLE RIGHTS by virtue of the Declaration of Independence (1776), the Constitution for the United States and the Bill of Rights (1791), and 200 years of positive American law,
- 3) REPUDIATE any presumed obligation to pay a fraudulent and unlawful national debt on an undeclared federal and State bankruptcy,
- 4) REVOKE ANY and ALL CONTRACTS entered into with agencies of the government unknowingly and unintentionally waiving rights for privileges, REVOKE my signature or authorization on ANY and ALL contracts, documents or things in the possession, custody and/or control, of either AGENT or PRINCIPLE,
- 5) EXPOSE the high crimes and misdemeaners of public officials and attorneys acting under "color of law," violating their oaths of allegiance to the U.S. Constitution, their office, and the united states of America, and acting as the express agents of Foreign Principles/Creditors, extorting both property and money from the American people, while SUPPORTING public officials with the courage to stand up to this injustice; prosecute
- 6) PROTECT yourself and your assets from being attached, assaulted, extorted or arrested either directly or indirectly through inflation and/or civil forfeiture by removing yourself from their jurisdiction and authority
- 7) RESTORE the sovereign rights and property of all the people of the united states of America (including blacks, women, minorities and indigenous people),
- 8) RESTORE a lawful and constitutional republican form of government with sovereignty vested in We the People including a lawful money system.
These are some of the important issues and
concerns I'll be writing about every month. I acknowledge that this material
is controversial, but I am compelled by my conscience to tell the truth, as I
see it. Certainly, there well be many questions, comments and clarifications.

- TITLE: AMERICA IS BANKRUPT: The Introduction of a Dual Currency System
For more than a generation we have anticipated the next great crash,
the readjustment of our massive and spiraling debt.

So many hardworking and productive Americans
feel the economic system is slipping, another crash of Wall Street is
imminent, and life's a constant and losing struggle to make ends meet. People
are questioning if their investments are safe, if their retirement and pension
funds won't vanish overnight, if they'll be able to gain access to affordable
health care when they need it, and if the Social Security Administration will
be solvent when it's their turn to collect. The future economic expectations
of the youngest generation ladden with a massive debt burdon (so dubbed "X" by
the cynical media) have dropped to nil. These are all symptoms of the "debt
virus" which has contaminated the entire economic system top-down.
The only short-term cure is a remonetization of
the debt by revaluing the U.S. Dollar. This involves a formal declaration of
bankruptcy by the federal United States corporation and all it's political
subdivisions. The 16 large central banks have ordered the United States to
issue a dual currency system as they are unwilling to invest in any long-term
U.S. Dollar or Treasury securities (FRN's) after Spring 1994. Our "money"
system is nothing more than a debt system that requires investors to buy that
debt in increasing amounts every year. There is also no statutory definition
of a FRN as a dollar. There are no more normal, direct investors, individuals,
corporations or central banks willing to finance the federal debt (New York
Times, Sunday, May 5th, 1994). If there are no more investors willing to float
the debt. Then, there is no more credit or borrowing available to the federal
government. The federal government must close its doors, unless it remonetizes
the debt to satisfy its creditors (the international bankers).
The 17 major banking houses have been
repackaging the long-term debt into complex structures known as "derivatives"
which are highly speculative and dangerous (akin to all or nothing casino
gambling). At an emergency meeting of the central banks not reported by the
press, the U.S. Treasury was informed that rescues for the benefit of the
American people were over. Central banks will no longer purchase unlimited
amounts of U.S. Dollar debt securities, without either backing the currency
with gold (at a price of $4,000-$5,000 per ounce) or the implementation of a
massive monetary restructuring in the United States. Senate Bill 2158
was
- introduced 5 days later.
Senate Bill 2158 was introduced on May 25, 1994,
by Sen. Patrick J. Leahy (D-Vt.) , and will be remembered in history as the
day the bankruptcy of the federal United States Treasury was formally
acknowledged by the introduction of a program of vast monetary reorganization.
HR 3385 is the companion bill. The federal government has been bankrupt at
least six other times in this century (1930-1993), and has undergone
reorganization of the massive and growing debt each time, but not to the
extent required by this dual currency system. Most recently, the bankruptcy
was declared on the floor of the U.S. Senate.

Senate Bill 2158 is being justified and marketed
via the mainstream media as the Counterfeiting and Money Laundering Deterrence
Act of 1994. Don't be fooled. There is no evidence that Saddam Hussein is
counterfeiting U.S. Dollars. Nor does the "drug war" have much to do with
controlling or eradicating drugs (the CIA is the biggest importer of all). The
drug war is nothing more than mass brainwashing to justify a police state, a
hard line on criminals (except the criminal element in government of course),
and the investment in more prisons and police to warehouse disobedient
"citizens."
The secrecy of this information is assured by
the mainstream media (Washington Post, New York Times, Wall Street Journal) as
the government must at all costs avoid a run on the dollar. The Tampa Tribune
and a chain of four papers owned by Media General did though consider this
important enough to issue front-page coverage on the dual currency system
(Sunday, May 22nd, 1994). Although unreported by the Federal Reserve, 65% of
the U.S. Dollar money supply (M-1) is already circulating outside the country
(August 1993, Federal Reserve Study).
Senate Bill 2158 institutes a dual currency
system with two distinct values and colors. One, a domestic-use currency in
only used within the the United States (buying bread, non-import items). The
other is a foreign-use currency for use and trade outside of the country (for
travelling overseas, purchasing imports or for central banks). The foreign-use
currency, also called Euro-dollars held on deposit overseas by multi-national
corporations for decades will be convertible to hard currencies, although this
may not be available to individual citizens. A six-month exchange period will
be allowed to exchange our FRN's (Federal Reserve Notes) for the domestic-use
currency, hence declared as legal tender. Afterwards the FRN's will become
worthless and unacceptable anywhere.
These measures are akin to FDR's emergency
orders calling in and confiscating gold from the American public in 1933. The
American people are going to be picking up the tab for this reorganization
which will wipe out 4/5th of the value of their pension and retirement funds
(this last liquid asset in America will be paid out in lower-valued
domestic-use currency), most if not all of the mutual funds (paid out in
domestic-use currency) , their bond investments and accumulated real estate
equity (real estate values will plummet wiping out equity). With the
domestic-use currency unacceptable and not freely convertible outside the
country, it's value will quickly plummet to its true market value, estimated
at $0.10 to $0.20 compared to foreign-use currency). That means it'll take
10-$100 domestic-use dollars to equal 1-$100 foreign-use dollar. That will
make travelling overseas and buying imports far more expensive and
inaccessible to more and more people. Both the U.S.S.R. and China presently
have "blocked" currencies non-convertible on the foreign markets.
If you leave the country under the conditions of
a "blocked" currency, you must either go penniless and destitute, as the
domestic-use currency will not be convertible, or make formal declarations
with a bank as to who you are, where did you get the income (and pay taxes on
it), and converting it to foreign-use currency. Foreign transfers of $3,000
(estimated) or more will only be possible by obtaining a Treasury permit or
license. Corporations will be allowed to make such conversions so as to avoid
any curtailment of foreign trade. Other Americans will find Treasury permits
hard to come by with all the graft and corruption connected with this
privileged activity. What will become of our civil liberties in this scenario?
Who is our allegiance to anyways? Anybody's guess?
For the common people remonetization and
restructuring of the debt is simple. You pay more. You get less value for the
buck. You work harder for less. You eventually drive a shopping cart full of
domestic-use currency to buy a loaf of bread. These stories have been
legendary for many countries in the world, including Germany after WWII and
the Soviet Union before and after its collapse. This is the inevitable
consequence of bankruptcy. Dare say it couldn't happen here!
Expecting the government to protect you is as
foolish as expecting the wolf to guard the chicken coup. Your government,
along with Wall Street and the private Federal Reserve have been perpetually
lying about our economic health, applying bandaids (at public expense) to a
systemic cancer which has been endemic since the modern, central banking
system in America was founded in 1913. After the New Deal which socialized
corporate America, two World Wars which set-up America as a national security
state and the world's policeman, and seven federal bankruptcies and
reorganizations, most Americans still don't have a clue how their
economic,

Those directing our government (neither the
American people nor our elected representatives) are the primary instigators
of our economic collapse through failed policies, blatant and treasonous
violations of American law, and the destruction of the U.S. Constitution. The
same Power structure that brought you NAFTA and GATT, are bringing you a
blocked, dual currency system. As it stands, U.S. Citizens no longer have any
choice, nor do your elected representatives. Ignorance is the enemy we must
all wake up. Otherwise we are powerless to adapt to the changing circumstances
of our lives and must surrender to this intolerable economic slavery. This is
not the future I envision for America or the world. As Americans, our
opportunity is to once again free the slaves (ourselves), rediscover America
(based on law not special privilege), reclaim your true and lawful, sovereign,
state citizenship, and work diligently towards a millenium of renewed freedoms
for everyone.
This time around it's either everyone, or noone.
Americans are a strong people and will become more self-reliant in cooperation
with each other. Americans will create more sustainable economic systems both
domestically and internationally. We have been living unrealistically for too
long, having wasted and consumed too much in several short generations. This
is our chance to become simple again, return to basics, enjoy the good life,
take the time to smell the roses, and be with our families. And in the process
we can restore what we have destroyed of the earth and become a productive,
cohesive, sovereign nation.
Many domestic-use commodities will still be
available at a comparable price you enjoy today. It will be advantageous to
invest in local businesses and buy locally. You will be valued for what you
can produce, teach, create and communicate, and for what you can organize
effectively. Local scrips will become available (e.g. Ithaca HOUR, Cascadia
HOUR). Communities of people can reempower themselves and each other through
networking and supporting each other offering goods and services outside both
currency systems controlled by the New World Order .
This is a time of great changes. We can meet the
crisis with resignation, or with new possibilities. What will it be
America?
- INVESTMENT RECOMMENDATIONS:
- 1) POSITION your DOMESTIC ASSETS safely OFFSHORE in HARD CURRENCY assets before the currency exchange and blocking of the domestic currency occurs (1-2 years hence). British, Sterling denominated mutual funds are a good investment. Watch China and the growing giant of an economic power. They have used gold as a store of value since the beginning of time and have not changed their behavior pattern. BUY GOLD or HARD CURRENCIES. To strengthen the U.S. Dollar on foreign markets, the federal government will have to convert gold at anywhere from $700 to $20,000 per ounce.
- 2) GET OUT of BOND portfolios or mutual funds investing in bonds or derivatives. Derivatives have been able to absorb the increasing debt issued by the government, only while the interest rates were coming down. Now with interest rates on the rise (5.8% to 7.5%) the derivative markets can no longer sell these products. Thus the Fed will have to create massive amounts of money out of thin air to continue the deficit spending. This means inflation, which will depreciate the value of the bonds at an even faster rate, and increase commodity prices. Placing values on bond portfolios has become in possible. The trend for STOCKS is also DOWN.
- 3) BEWARE of MUTUAL FUNDS investing in long-term bonds. Because the SEC has no interest in policing the investments of money fund operators, and the mutual fund companies have misrpresented their funds by investing in
- long-term debt instead of staying in short-term cash instruments, many have resulted in illiquid portfolios and the
- recognition of large losses.
- 4) BEWARE of U.S. based foreign currency denominated bank accounts which are NOT PROTECTED from a currency devaluation, and also supply feedback to the Fed as to how fast the pressure in building against the currency internally. INVEST outside the control of the Federal Reserve and the New World Order central banks.
- 5) SET-UP SELF-RELIANCE on land or property paid for in full and protected from foreclosures or other sudden downturns in the economy (allodial titles and/or trust instruments). PROVIDE basic needs for your family, friends and community, including water, medical, seeds and food storage for 2 years of austerity measures. SET- UP solar, battery-based radio communications and other alternative, self-sufficient energy systems BEFORE the collapse of your buying power.

- TITLE: THE PARADOX OF POLITICS NEITHER LEFT NOR RIGHT
The right/left political spectrum is presently
irrelevent. All the bantering about liberals/conservatives,
capitalists/communists, Republicans/Democrats is also irrelevant. Although
most of our thinking is caught in a dualist mode of black OR white, right OR
left dichotomies, this activity plays solidly into the hands of the Power
structure by keeping people divided and conquered. We do it to ourselves and
each other unconsciously. The Power structure is content to let people attack
and kill each other. It saves them the cost of the bullets. Get conscious and
wake up America! The truth is neither right NOR left, liberal NOR
conservative, black NOR white. The truth is a blending, a melting of the
individual points of view into a paradox of reality, inclusive and
comprehensive.
We're all familiar with the Christian,
conservative fundamentalism of the so-called right. Political correctness is
the mind numbing, guilt-oriented, intellectual fundamentalism of the left,
liberal, socialist, & communist elite, intent on destroying free thought,
independent inquiry and true consensus-building. Both are irrelevant in the
pursuit of truth.
Be watchful of those who would encourage you to
betray your friends, family and neighbors. This is a part of a Power structure
strategy for destroying public and community trust (e.g. Orwells' 1984 ). As I
overheard it said recently on the campus of a major university, "In the
sixties, it used to be US vs. THEM. Today, with the advent of political
correctness, it's US v. US." Let's stop fighting each other and focus on the
real issues, the real problems, the real enemy.
- We don't solve problems in America because we aren't allowed to make any mistakes. Instead we give ourselves permission to lie, cheat, steal, and deny the truth to protect and defend our blamelessness. This is a symptom of our having never grown up or experienced the true sense of personal empowerment. There are real problems to solve in America and around the world. Looking good, being blameless and right will not solve anything. It will only postpone the consequences of our institutionalized ignorance. Eventually we will have to pay the piper. Or pass it on to the next generation who will not be as forgiving.
- BRAINWASHING IN AMERICA
The supposed "crime wave" crashing over the
American landscape is generated by the failed economic policy and bankruptcy
of the federal government, poor legislative priorities and directives by the
foreign creditors, and the medias unstoppable sensationalism. How can it be
when the serious crime rate is actually falling, the perception of a "crime
wave" is on the rise. Stop supporting the media's constant attack on your
sensibilities. Stop watching the television, unless you can do so with the
utmost of discrimination and skepticism. Stop believing what you hear, or
what's projected at you. Do your own thinking. Reject fundamentalist thinking
of all kinds, whether so-called left or right in origin.
Americans are the most controlled people in the
world, supposedly living in a "free" country. Americans are the
"people-of-the-lie" (M. Scott Peck coined this phrase), who believe in the lie
so wholeheartedly that we can no longer see, nor do we care to see, reality
for what it is. This is "reality erosion," the most serious mental disability
of our time. The inability to distinguish between what is real and what is
imagined. The truth is much stranger than fiction.
- Most people on the streets have already surrendered their heart and soul, country and nation, body and labor to the foreign powers. Walk outside in America today, you'll see a defeated and demoralized people, most who have already given up. Although, the first shot of a military occupation by foreign powers has yet to be fired. Whatever happened to the bravado and will of the American people? We better summon the courage to face ourselves and wake up to reality. Perhaps it'll take a major crisis for that to occur. Prevention is the best medicine.
The mainstream media is repleat with general
misconceptions that are hammered day and night into the people's head. This is
the most effective brainwashing program the world has ever devised. When the
pilot was shot down over North Korea and captured, he was forced to watch
North Korean television as part of their brainwashing program. Why do you
suspect it's any different here?
- CITIZENSHIP & THE U.S. CONSTITUTION
There are many misconceptions about the U.S.
Constitution. We the People assume that if you live in the "United States,"
the Bill of Rights and due process apply to you. That the U.S. Constitution
gave us rights. That U.S. Citizens have the same rights as everybody else. NOT
so! First, there are different meanings of the term "United States." The
"States" of the "United States" are NOT the same as the "states" of the "50
states" of the united states of America. Each meaning implies a distinct
citizenship and jurisdiction. In fact, only sovereign, state citizens have a
U.S. Constitution, a Bill of Rights and due process under the American law.
And there are very few Americans who are still sovereign and free of
government interference. Unless we swell the ranks of sovereign state
citizens, the American law won't support us much longer and, the U.S.
Constitution, along with our liberties, will be gone forever.
The U.S. Constitution didn't grant you any
rights. You always had unalienable rights. The Declaration of Independence
bestowed sovereignty upon the citizens of the several states, and the American
Revolution defended that sovereignty and opened the first chapter in American
law. Then, We the People, through the independent and free states of the
union, created the District of Columbia, the U.S. Corporation, and the federal
government through the U.S. Constitution. This Canon-law trust instrument
limited the federal government power and authority, limited their jurisdiction
and prohibited their encroachment either upon the sovereign states or the
citizens.
- The U.S. Constitution is powerless within the jurisdiction of the federal United States or any part of a federal zone or area. Being a U.S. citizen has in fact, and in law, invalidated your U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights. So has any of the adhesion contracts that you have willingly or unknowingly entered into with the government.
I hear alot of people complaining that it's too
much effort, that it doesn't make any difference, or that you'll become a
government target if you become a sovereign citizen. If you're unwilling to
take responsibility for reclaiming your sovereign citizenship, then don't
complain that you don't have any rights. You can't have it both ways. You
CANNOT be a U.S. Citizen, receive benefits, subsidies and welfare, AND still
expect to have your unalienable rights. The law doesn't work that way. If you
want to restore a constitutional REPUBLIC, you'll have to reclaim your
citizenship along with whatever else you might be doing.
Citizens must study American history and law.
Many will be surprised to discover that your citizenship has been stolen from
you. Many of us didn't even know it was missing. You can reclaim your
sovereign, state citizenship and get your relationship straight with the
"United States." Make a choice. Are you a sovereign, state citizen or a U.S.
citizen? If you didn't know there was a difference until now, you best take a
crash course in SOVEREIGN STATE CITIZENSHIP from a local state citizen service

Only sovereign state citizens have a U.S.
Constitution, Bill of Rights and due process under the American law. Only
state citizens can challenge the constitutionality of a statute. Together,
let's reaffirm our Declaration of Independence by reclaiming our sovereign
citizenship today.
- In 1994, the U.S. Constitution is still the "law of the land" of the united states of America. Unfortunately, it is not law that is commonly practiced, respected or honored either by U.S. Citizens, by your elected representatives, or by the justice system. There is alot of lip service being paid to the U.S. Constitution, but very little action. Read your Constitution. Teach it in school. How can we expect to restore a constitutional REPUBLIC, if we don't even know what we've losing? Wake up America!

- TITLE: ONE MAN'S VIEW FROM THE STREETS OF AMERICA
Look around. Where is the aliveness? Can you
point out one happy person in the crowd of mostly miserable people? Why are so
many people apparently unhappy? Our material wealth and comfort is profoundly
contrasted to the depth of our spiritual poverty. As a nation, we are hungry
and dying in the land of plenty. And we define this as "success." How
strange!
Your radiance, energy and life force indicate
your world view more profoundly than your beliefs, ideologies or particular
religious or political philosophy do. These are confessions of a sensitive and
intelligent human being with a lifetime of experience perceiving the energy
and vibrations of human beings along with their environment. People are
transparent to me, and most are energetically dying.
I can witness your pain, isolation, lonliness,
and a silent starvation for meaning and significant relationships. I
experience this not as a voyeur, but as a full and willing participant in
life, connecting you and I in a seamless whole. I am a part of you, and you
are a part of me. Your pain is mine also. What is the basis for this
observation? A spiritual revelation. How can we correct this imbalance?
Through the correct perception, nourishment, and balancing of the energy that
existance is.
I can see the life force being drained from you
as you walk and speak. Your breath is shallow as the air is thin and
poisonous. Your pace is fast soas to avoid dangerous liasons, attractions or
confrontations. Your image is impeccable, stereotypical and individual. Your
energy is protected, inaccessible and void of feeling. You are an island
complete within your own virtual illusion.
- The streets of America's cities are bare as a desert. I see aliveness in the air of conversations in the coffeeshops, artificial highs, temporary uppers in the blues-got-the-world-by-the-balls kind of existance we survive in today. But the ugly streets are silent, noone looks you in the eye, except to sneer. Attractions and aggressions are repelled instantly. We are so well protected, insulated and "secure" that not even the light could get in.
The office buildings are silent, noone passes a
glance in your direction. Beware your competitor. Beware of the criminal,
sexual harassment that might be headed your way. Beware that you might
acknowledge a desire in your thighs. Beware that your stiff collar stuffed
shirt might reveal that you are a human, breathing being. Keep denying your
humanity and you might just succeed. Enjoy your hollow rewards while they
last.
Dangerous liasons, attractions and repulsions
must be avoided at all costs. So our energy is invested in ignoring, denying,
distracting and unfocusing soas to dissipate the energy as quickly as
possible. Thus we are dying slowly on that island without an embrace, without
an acknowledgement, without a chance for reciprocity. We are protected like a
prisoner in the solitary confinement of our own desire.
Yet, we are hungry still. We strive for more. We
eat, drink and get high. We dance, screw, and make love some more. Yet, we are
hungry still. We are starving to death for a spiritual revelation, a purpose,
a meaning, or the true expression and feeling of love. Yes, love, the unspoken
yoke of existance. Yes, love the forsaken child of our parents. Yes, love the
forgotten purpose for being.
What about love? Love doesn't fit into the
commercial scheme of things. If love was encouraged and supported, we'd want
to share with each other instead of reinforcing the commercial machinery of
the Power structure through perpetual buying and selling. If love was
acknowledged we'd want to give freely to each other, to serve and to heal, to
teach and to share, to fulfill our potentials.
As a society we've chosen to ignore the great
spiritual traditions, our feelings and intuitions, our law and history, and
common sense. We lack a clear and impartial vision of our own social
conditioning, of our deepest gut feelings or intuitions. It's as if feelings
and emotions were dead in the modern world. We have lost the basis of our own
humanity. How can we possibly find our way home without them?
The primary forms of energy easily useable by
human form are breath, sex, food and spiritual. Each nourishes us in a unique
way. Our road home involves the recognition of energy, sexuality, and love and
the distinctions thereof. The path must lead us through each and every aspect
of our lives until we've come full circle. We must become competent and
capable in law, economics and politics, the comparative and integrative
religious disciplines, science and its limitations. We must acknowledge the
humanities, history/herstory, the arts and cultures of all the peoples of the
world.
We the People have given our power to others to
rule over us, instead of being sovereign individuals connected to the dance of
life in all ones relations. If we permit the Power structure to control and
own us, and to coerce a habit of obedience through the law, then the ultimate
result of that repression is individual dis-ease and political fascism.
Yes, there is an energy crisis. Vital energy,
spiritual and sexual energy is leeching from the human and natural systems at
a rapid pace. Colonialism is dead, yet the myths and momentum of the past
continues unabated. There is no manifest destiny left. No continent to
conquer. No part of Earth that remains untouched or unaffected by such
exploitation and destructive ideas.
The old world has already died spiritually and
internally, and is spilling it's emptiness into the world around us, presently
through the superficiality of the popular, mass media culture, and the
violence of our discontent and fear. We are witnessing an old world dying and
a new one being born, internally. Then and only then can we transform the
physical dimensions of our world to reflect the inner landscape of a new age
of discovery.
As true "environmentalists" we must not only be
committed to conserving our natural resources and the environment, but our own
vital energies as well. The depletion of our outer resources is reflective of
the depletion of our inner resources. As above, so below.
Compare the effort to preserve life with the
genocidal and destructive tendencies of human beings. Which appears to
predominate? If you desire to change the world, then change your heart. Then
you will begin to see again clearly, perhaps for the first time. Only then can
you change your mind. Your experience will dictate the truth directly. The
kingdom of heaven will be revealed within you, not in the afterlife. You will
become what you've always been, a sovereign, in and beyond this world.

- TITLE: SOVEREIGNTY
Sovereignty is the source of power and authority
from which all all laws and governments arise, from which all governments are
created and abolished. Sovereignty is the central concept behind all
political, economic and legal systems, around which all wars are fought.
Sovereignty is also the common ground where political and spiritual principles
intersect. Sovereign powers constructs government, corporations, and banks to
institute and maintain a "Power structure" that operates under their exclusive
authority. Historically in the West, prior to the American Revolution, there
were two sources of sovereignty. There were the Monarchs, the kings and queens
of various countries, and the Catholic Church, the pope and the Vatican. Both
are still operative as sovereigns powers in the world today along with many
other overlapping and competing Power structures. Sovereign powers have
destroyed thousands of indigenous tribes, and hundreds of sovereign nations
through colonialism, war, slavery, disease and economic subjugation since the
dawn of time.
- > SOVEREIGN--supreme power over a body politic; freedom from external control; absolute authority; superior power owing no allegiance to another; enjoying autonomy; an acknowledged leader; source of all laws and governments; organized trust structures to manage and protect their assets
The British government was created by the
sovereign lineage of the monarchy of England. The King and Queen were at the
helm of this Power structure. Although it may appear today that the Queen of
England doesn't have decision-making authority with regards to the day-to-day
functioning of the British parliamentary government, the Queen of England
still represents a long geneology of power and authority from which that
government was created.
The lineage of the royal family holds vast assets
in a "Sovereign Trust" from which they grant property and assets to royal
favorites in exchange for loyalty. Very powerful people had their lands
"deeded" them by a Sovereign, including the Virginia Company and the New
England Company which were the first charters in the New World from which the
founding fathers received their titles and property. The British people are
still "subjects" of the Queen wherever they reside. The Queen of England is
still the indisputable, invisible, behind-the-scenes Power structure of the
British Empire worldwide, although many of her administrative duties has been
delegated to the government. The Queen of England is also the wealthiest woman
in the world with tremendous power and control over those assets.

The Vatican government was created by the
Catholic Church at the height of its power with the Pope as a sovereign power.
The Vatican is an "Ultra-Sovereign Canon Law Trust" from which property and
assets are granted to papal favorites in exchange for loyalty. "Canon Law
Trusts" served as the basis for most democratic and parliamentary governments
formed in the New World, including the Mayflower Compact, the Commonwealths,
and the Constitution for the United States. This represents a long lineage of
a Power structure which arose during the Roman Empire, and continutes to this
day. The Pope still holds tremendous power, both over the congregation of
Roman Catholics around the world, but also economic and political power
through the administration of its assets. The Roman Catholic Church is the
largest property owner in the world. Modern day colonialism and the settling
of the New World arose by papal decree, and was substantiated by the Canon
law.
Sovereignty is the source of power and authority
from which all laws arise. Each Sovereign power created its own system of law.
These laws were passed down from generation to generation over a long history.
When the Sovereign powers colonized the native territories and nations, and
"discovered" America, they brought and instituted their own laws. American law
is a blending of the laws that preceeded it.
Both the King of England and the Pope brought
their respective laws with them to America. The King of England codified the
"Common law," derived from the Mosaic Law of the Old Testament and other
natural laws, beginning with the Magna Carta (1215), the Petition of Rights
(1618), and the Habeas Corpus Act (1679). This was the basis by which the
original colonies governed themselves. Thirty-eight (38) of the fifty (50)
states based their own state constitutions on the English Common law.
Exceptions were that Louisiana based its state constitution on the French
Common law.
The Pope codified the "Canon law," which was
integrated into the Common law, and was a basis in law from which our own U.S.
Constitution derived its power and the basic tenets of religious freedom. The
"Doctrine of Discovery" was a papal decree paved the way for modern
colonialism, the exploitation of indigenous peoples worldwide, international
law, and the world court system.

Sovereign powers design, create and abolish
governments at will. They charter corporations and businesses, engage in war
to protect or expand their interests, and administer economic controls through
central banking systems. Sovereigns are the invisible Power structure pulling
the strings of all corporations, banks and nation states.
Sovereigns are more powerful than presidents,
senators, congressmen or other high-ranking government officials. Sovereigns
are more powerful than the CEOs of transnational corporations or the governors
of the 50 corporate States. Today, sovereign Power structures are a complex,
and mostly invisible, network of individuals, business trusts, legal fictions,
nation states and central banks. Sovereigns operate from the source of all
power and authority, protected by another standard of justice, while having
access to economic and political power that is unavailable to the common
people.
But We the People have a wild card, yet to be
fully played. In the united states of America, We the People are the Sovereign
powers--if we reclaim it. In the united states of America, every man and every
woman has the power to be a king or queen in their own home, on their own
property without government encroachment or interference. We the People are
the sovereign Citizens and their is no superior authority.
"Sovereignty itself is, of course, not subject to law,
for it is the author and source of law;
but in our system, while sovereign powers are delegated to the agencies of government,
Sovereignty itself remains with the people,
by whom and for whom all government exists and acts."
