I have received a rumor to the effect that one of or the lead group (in addition to Harvard Endowment and Roderick Heller III) that arranged for a $4.7 billion asset seizure to be attempted on Goldman Sachs/Blackrock (and destruction of my former company, Hamilton, in the process of attempting it---we were the deflector shield) may have been the Carlyle Group in Washington, DC. Plausible reasons why could include one, some or all of: 1. Removing Henry Cisneros as a fact in Texas and Hispanic politics and fundraising during the 1996, 1998 and 2000 election cycles; this would be part of protecting George W. Bush's flank. 2. Protecting gentrification strategies for DC and other real estate portfolio holdings. 3. Interest in using HUD enforcement and portfolio for a variety of non-lethal weapons and biological warfare prototyping and testing. 4. Competition between Carlyle's network and Goldman's network for offshore capital and onshore acquisitions in the biotechnology, defense, real estate and financial institutions industry/part of this may be competition between NY and Washington/Texas investment pools/players 5. Ongoing cultural warfare between a variety of investment/investor actions in and out of US and government; 6. Profits to be made from a % of the largest asset seizure in US history; 7. Use of situation to support impeachment of Bill Clinton and a special prosecutor for Gore/DNC Fundraising. 8. Investment strategy vested in significant US population downsizing of both Carlyle and network Any suggestions on where to go for reliable information on Carlyle and its principals (Frank Carlucci, James Baker, Dan D'Anellio, Dick Darmen) are welcome. If this is true it would explain a lot of things. Including why our judge and bank appeared to be occasionally dancing for the other team and why my investment network was so convinced that I was a "goner. It would also explain the extraordinary expenditure of money to try and get us to lose control of our documents and to get our lawyers to quit (two firms did), and the physical harassment, including use of electronic pulse weaponry on me at my home. When the legal documents are unsealed by the Department of Justice, I may learn more if the key players left a paper trail. If their deals are all protected by attorney client privilege, it will take longer. Someday's I think Mike is sneaking up on the Bush Crime Family on the right side of their balance sheet and I am sneaking up on the Bush Crime Family on the left side of their balance sheet. I reaffirm my prediction: George W. Bush will never be President. At this point, I think it is even worth raising the question what are the chances that he will be assassinated or go to jail.
