Seeking FAIR NEWS, not Reform OR Republican news!! After getting
several GREAT IDEAS from a Reformer, here's the early version of the
Patriot Consortium to Purchase
NBC:
================================= FAIR NEWS CORP.
Our Media-Gate Solution group has a Delaware Corporation
(established by a group member MBA in Business) for the purpose of
purchasing a broadcast network, preferrably NBC. It would involve
something resembling 100 member shares, 100 votes. No member allowed
more than 10%. No family more than 20%. People and groups can join
together to purchase one share. They can also join together to
purchase larger blocks, however, the 20% maximum rule applies. If
someone needs to sell, they can sell only to persons/entities
approved by a majority (51+) of the 100 or the Corporation itself.
Another facet of the plan involves establishing
a Advisory or Watchdog group composed of 5-10 Prominent
Conservatives, such as: Brent Bozell, Brent Baker, Tim Graham, Reed
Irvine, Pat Buchanan, Peggy Noonan, Billy Kristol, R.M. Scaife,
Scott Hogensen,
Larry Klayman, R. Emmett Tyrrell Jr., etc,
on a "Watchdog Panel" that would be given power to correct
management if a return toward liberal news is documented. (This
written in proper legalese and with prior acceptance by those 5-10
in the role of arbitors).
Having not yet
determined the worth of NBC (approx. guesses place it at $15+
billion). $15 billion dollars divided by 100 shares places the value
of each share/vote at: $150,000,000, $150
million/each.
Shares can be purchased in cash,
stocks, or other assets, as long as approved by GE. At time of sale,
if the value is higher, or lower, the value of each share will
change accordingly.

an over 75% Conservative V. Liberal donation giving record. We also

SPONSOR BOYCOTT!!
Beginning July 1, 1999, Media-Gate Solutions and Boycott
Chairman Jack Koenig are sending a registered letter to CNN
informing them that we will select ONE CNN sponsor each month for a
12-month boycott from those who have advertised on CNN during the
past month. (By the end of 12 months we will have 12 CNN Sponsor
boycotted by Patriots, Conservatives, and Caring Americans across
the Country!! By targetting one Sponsor, we hope to have
corporations sitting up and taking notice. We're also informing CNN
to alert their Sponsors. If they don't, and when the Sponsor's
company was selected as the target of a boycott because of CNN's
dereliction, I believe they could be in for a stockholders
derivative suit!
Each month the committee will
select another candidate from those advertising on the selected
network during the previous 30 days. By the end of the year, we will
have 12 boycotts in motion!!!

3) CLASS ACTIONS LAWSUITS!!
Seeking Attorneys with desire to sue either Clinton or Media on
behalf of Patriotic Americans who've seen their safety diminished
because of Clinton/Gore's China-Gate Treasons and the Media's
horrible complicitous, brainwashing, and blackmailing
behaviors.
4) AP REPLACEMENT
While many say the AP can't really be guilty because they aren't
a corporation and are an affiliation composed of member newspapers,
the truth is that Blood-Gate, Rape-Gate, China-Gate and 90+
mysterious deaths are not being reported on by our nation's main
organization for investigating and reporting. (Even the Networks
pull stories from the AP news wire). You can easily find more
investigating on these major stories done by a few reporters at the
Fair News Sources (often on the Internet -- see: Fair News Button),
than by the thousands working for liberal AP Management.
AP ALTERNATIVE PLAN:
Providing newspaper editors (who are often
conservative)
an AP Alternative:
First,
a FAIR NEWS WIRE (FNW) composed of FoxNews and Washington Times.
Reports from these two sources would be combined into a news wire
available at reasonable prices to
editors.
Second, a PATRIOT NEWS WIRE (PNW)
composed of all the other fair news sources such as: World Net
Daily, NewsMax.com, USA Journal, American Spectator, etc. (See Fair

Why should Liberals run (in a totally corrupt, immoral, unfair
manner) what Conservatives (owning a huge majority of stock in this
Country) probably already own!!
The main problem
with this Solution is the Mutual Funds and other offerings that
combine Network and other News stocks into a larger group fund. This
takes the ability to vote via proxy stock voting and places it in
the hands of the fund manager.
What is required
for this Solution is to have a KNOWLEDGABLE AND EXPERIENCED
INVESTMENT BANKER OR STOCK BROKER who is also a PATRIOT who is able
to undertake this project, which would include mailing information
and request for Conservative Vote for Proxy to all Stockowners and
Fund Managers -- and investment of time, money and knowledge that
would pay off with new management to run some of OUR media
corporations fairly.
WHY SHOULD CONSERVATIVES
OWN THE COMPANIES AND LET LIBERALS RUN THEM???
6) FCC LICENSE RENEWAL FIGHTS!!
If it's broadcast over public airwaves, it's licensed by the
Federal Government, and it's open for Public Protest!! If you think
that liberal media are lying, brainwashing, spinning and
suppressing, then you need to make your voice
heard!!!

Renewal, we intend to create a website that lodges a Petition
Protest with the FCC!! We will send a letter with an activated link
(similar to Know Your Customer) around to all the Patriots for
registering your FCC complaints!!
