FAVORITE CHEESE BALL
1 8 oz pak of kraft cream cheese
1 stick margarine
1 jar of Ole English cheese spread (kraft in the little jars )
1 tbsp liquid smoke
7 slices of bacon..crisp fried and crumbled in small pcs
2 -3 tbsp chopped green onion tops
chopped walnuts
Mix all together except for walnuts..I use microwav to soften the cheeses
and margarine....place in covered bowl in frig to set up.when ready to form
into a ball or log...wet hands and shake off excess water..scoup cheese
mixture with hands and form....immediately roll in chopped walnuts and put on
serving plate...garnish with whole walnuts if you desire......
Serve with a variety of crackers, or veggies...they go fast; usually make a
bunch of these to give away at Xmas for small gifts...

found this oldie but goodie dip recipe....got it from a freind of mine in St
Louis years and years ago..
Terry's Veggie Dip
8 oz cream cheese
2 oz crumbled bleu cheese
1 small chopped onion...real finely chopped
1 tbsp Worchestershire sauce
1/3 cup soy sauce
1 pt HELLMANS mayonnaise..gotta be this brand to be good !!!
Mix by hand the first 5 ingredients; then add mayo....keep in frig....this is
the best veggie dip I have ever tasted in my life !!! I use broccali,
celery, baby carrots or sticks, cuke slices, squash spears, cauliflower and
arrange on a tray for the holidays..there is never any leftovers !!!
