DUH-UH! Then 51 percent -- A MAJORITY -- gave public schools a C or less!
I'd call that a BIG TIME vote of NO CONFIDENCE.
The 49 percent of the public that thinks the public schools are doing a good
job is clearly the stupidest 49 percent.
