These folks know they will be used only very sporadically in very limited roles unless they are needed for a serious action or emergency, if ever. Their main future assignment may be to write a key misinformation newspaper article or push some objective in their cover agency or business. When this is done all over the country an emergent critical mass in the media can be tactfully and artfully attained, such as the derailing of gary webb, lone-nut political assassination coverups, coverups of terrorist reichstag type bombings, etc. Some unknowing business assets are brought on line during their regular check ins at the local c*a station where they are asked to visit for debriefing after they reach a certain threshold of international travel. The agency officer is dressed in an dark blue $800 armani or oxford suit, which impresses the businessman visitor. The visitor is told, "your country needs your help collecting info--no matter how unimportant it seems, we need to hear all the details of your trip to ____. After a very polite, but exhaustive interview with absolutely non-probing, innocent questions, the officer concludes the interview and graciously spouts, "we really appreciate you serving your country and if you have any problems in any way with country ___, call me and I'll see that things are expedited. Then, a bit later on so and so has some aggravating foreign licensing and visa problems (he doesn't realize that officer ___ ordered these problems). He calls his contact officer ___, and officer___ fixes everything immediately. So and so is very grateful and goes out of his way to help when asked in the future. He knows he needs to be debriefed after each visit. He is given confidential "insider" information which helps his business. He gets invited to breakfast groups, luncheons and parties where he meets folks who "are very good for his business development". He is increasingly grateful to officer ____ for all his increasing business success. A while later officer___ calls him and sets up a lunch meeting at an expensive resturant. He says mr. so and so, there's something you could do for your country that would be very much appreciated and in fact would help protect our national security. So and so says, I'll do anything I can to serve my country. Officer___ says, that miss___ (or mr___) who works under you has a history you don't know about and has given us problems (I don't know the full story because its highly classified but I can tell you that they are a serious threat to uncle sam. We would like you to "tie them up a bit by doing _____ and ____". Now we'll lay it out in specifics and take total responsibility, and we do have a signed finding to protect you." Mr. so and so gets into the groove, become wealthy and successful beyond expectations and unconsciously feels completely integrated with his govt, the total opposite of alienation. He cannot ever allow himself to think officer____, his agency or the gov't is bad because that would cause too much cognitive dissonance. When this pattern is cloned repeatedly to govt and corp leaders in business and media, this creates any critical mass needed to derail any story or elicit an alternate socially constructed artificial reality needed for their clandestine purposes.
