Ken;
Sure, this review makes it clear that there is an iron triangle of wealthy
foundations, grant-driven environmental groups and zealous bureaucrats
controlling your future without your knowledge or consent.
But they pale into insignificance compared to the iron triangle of major
corporations: the politicians they buy: and the bureaucracies they
subsequently control. All to the exclusion of other opinions or interests.
Anyone who knows people, and reads the Internet, knows that 'The News' is
in fact a carefully-chosen subset of events, which approximates to reality
just sufficiently to keep the whole scam going.
I blame a lot of this credulity on Hollywood movies about 'brave reporters';
and in particular the Woodward/Bernstein 'Watergate' scam, which was in
fact a triumph of news manipulation.
CIA and NSA engineered 'Watergate' so as to bring Nixon and all his
pernicious centralizing cronies down. Anyone who believes that an ordinary
policeman would arrest CIA people for breaking into _anywhere_ is living
in a fantasy world, and will believe anything. Considering that CIA is
staffed mostly by Democrats (i.e. better-educated people), the idea of
CIA people breaking into their own -- Democrat -- HQ is bizarre.

territory. Ask him if he votes for her. If he does, his other views need
not detain us further.
