The logic and intelligence that is supposed to be used for legal reasoning has been perverted to condone, allow and even hide the kind of corruption that was so prevalent in the traffic court. The RI legislature is equally as corrupt and frankly, they are in bed with the courts. The chance of getting meaningful change is close to nil. The bills will vanish, not be voted on or neutered by the time they do get voted on. For over two years I have been trying to compile a database of CJTD complaints and their resulting rulings so the public could see exactly what is going on. We can bypass the courts, the legislature and the secrecy laws by publishing these complaints now. The traffic court ruling should be proof enough for all that the corruption in our courts is rampant.
