it. This is the most cogent analysis of what happened in the streets of
Seattle that's appeared on the net yet.

C'mon, people!
Enough crap about the Black Bloc anarchists being provocateurs.
When did provocateurs advocate or practice property damage? Never.
Provocateurs lay it on much thicker than that. They call for violence
("off the pigs!") and other hysteria.
The BB groups mostly did not get caught because they did not sit down
and beg to be arrested. Jeez, if you don't imitate Gandhi, you're an
infiltrator? What B.S.! Not to put words in anyone's mouth, but Black
Bloc participants probably figured the police would be brutal, and
prepared to split when necessary. Also the cops will attack the unarmed
before they hit those with crowbars and hammers who might hit
back--basic police cowardice.
Please look out for the martyr cult for which the Left is famous/
notorious. Revolution ain't about being nice! It's a class WAR, get
it? It's the 'peaceful' protestors who must explain themselves,
especially those who collaborated with the police and turned on the
"vandals."
The left remains militantly anti-anarchist. If we get anything out of
the street fights in Seattle, it is that the Left will screw us every
time, so screw them.
