Governor Tom Ridge of Pennsylvania is getting part of his kitty money from funds allocated for child care for the working poor in this state. Of course he's not shy about using taxpayer money for his own pet projects. He and 23 other state officials took a l0-day trade mission to Europe last September that cost PA taxpayers $267,000.
