-Caveat Lector- Dave Hartley http://www.Asheville-Computer.com/dave Editorial 12/08/99 ABC DECLARES: THE NWO HERE TO STAY Uncharacteristically, on December 4, ABCNews made a most telling revelation in the commentary by David Shapinsky. For years the media has been denying the existence of a New World Order. They have scoffed at the right wing fanatics and their agenda to end an imaginary system. Now, ABC makes it plain. Mr. Shapinsky states, "though WTO talks have collapsed, globalization is here to stay. That is the inescapable truth out of Seattle." Globalization is exactly what comprises the New World Order. This may seem to awaken one enough, but one little paragraph in the text of this ABC piece, if read carefully, shockingly portrays what has always been known by conspiracy theorists. The "new way" is simply the agenda of the radical left. Shapinsky writes, "It is hard to come away without wondering whether the radical Right isn't a little pleased. Here is the left, consciously or not, advancing the Right's paranoid opposition to international organizations, like the United Nations, the IMF, and the World Bank--and coming within a hair's breadth of saying the coming world government will take away our freedom." In this statement, Shapinsky states clearly that opposition to the IMF, the United Nations and the World Bank are radical Right agendas. He is forgiving enough to the socialist left to suggest they might not know what they are doing in opposing the new way. It is as if Shapinsky is forgiving his erring children saying, don't act bad like the radical rights in our society. Act like good leftists. Clearly evident in Shapinsky's commentary was his unspoken partiality to the left. The carrot goes out to the radical left and a soft rebuke not to emulate the evil Right. What Mr. Shapinsky fails to show is that revolution and governmental dissembling is the brain child of the left which he seems so willing to forgive. It was the left that revolted in the 60s bringing in abortion, and the sexual revolution we see today. What seems to be stated here is that good leftists are not suppose to protest the radical Leftist agenda. All things being considered, the New World Order is hatched. Even the labor unions are now in line. The Washington Times, December 6th reported that "John Sweeney, president of the 13 million-member AFL-CIO, said yesterday the collapse of the Seattle talks was a step forward in the sense that 'no deal is better than a bad deal. We all support trade, and we all recognize globalization'." What seems unrealized by many in our society is that the resistance of so many citizens to the New World agenda is not to a bank, or even to the U.N. It is connected to the evil, unfeeling nature of this new movement. While it heals on one hand, it murders and destroys on the other, and it only heals for a price, and that price is human control. THE PROBLEM The problems now evident are not so easily explained since the societal context is so distorted. That is to say, our general view of life is incorrect, therefore, we cannot easily see our causes or our effects. We are bound up in an illusionary reality which has no truths but only stories. In this land of delusion we cannot grasp clearly what it is that is the enemy. While it seems as if we have taken awesome steps in the realm of science, our cultural identity has been reverting to the basic animal nature. The religion that best describes this decline is paganism. Our new world religion is clearly revealed in the pagan's imaginary context of reality and its basic value of human life. Pagan gods of yesteryear were simply those deities and heroes of a superhuman nature which we see in our own culture today. The television shows of today clearly reveal the foundation of our thinking. We are presented with scenarios which portray themselves as art or drama, while, in reality, our societal context has been perverted into violence, sex, stupidity instead of humor, and other mindless perversions of a distorted culture. In essence, we are establishing the demolition of our own lives in the imaginations of the movie industry, modern public education and science. Our population now living is largely comprised of those who have been educated pagan. This all seems normal since it is how we were taught. To gain insight to this new world we might simply look at the abortion industry. Life Dynamics, a pro life institution in Denton, Texas has done a wonderful job of not only resisting the abortion culture, but doing it in a way that helps people understand the real issues. Briefly stated, in their May video, they show an interview with a woman they call "Kelly" who is working in the abortion industry. Kelly spoke plainly about the real issues of the abortion industry. She stated in the interview how she witnessed live babies being killed for the purpose of fetal tissue and organ sales to various educational and scientific institutions around the world. Large profits can be made from abortions considered late term. Kelly stated, how, on occasion, mothers would change their minds concerning their abortion so they would be drugged in order to quell their change of heart. On the same May 1999 video, Eric Harrah, a long time abortion worker, was interviewed. He gave testimony that "Kelly's testimony was true. He witnessed live babies murdered for profit. He also commented on how the lesbian workers would make degrading remarks concerning naked women on the table who were sedated for abortion. This is the reality as disgusting as it is, but the real depth of corruption was stated later in the video. All of us are acquainted with Roe Vs. Wade. This abortion bill out of the Supreme court was perceived to place limits on how far abortionists could go. What we did not hear about is Doe Vs. Bolton, which was passed the same day. It virtually makes abortion on demand law, since it is for the health of the mother. Health is translated to mean any emotional discomfort that might come from birthing. Any woman who has ever had a baby would fall into this category. No one is against a new order. No one is against a one world government. What the protesters in this age are against is the way in which human beings are being merchandised, packaged, and shipped for profit. The new order, now conceived, is virtually enslaving the entire earth and anyone in the way is terminated. This is the hell we face. From this proceeds our protest. NATION OF ASSASSINS There are other signals which warn us of the motivations of this new age. The WINDS reported last year on the congressional vote which provided 10 million dollars for the support of political factions against Saddam Hussein. More recently we heard our president express the same sentiments concerning Serbia's President. Then, just a few months later, we now read where the West was caught red handed trying to assassinate Slobodan Milosevik. ABC News reported, "A senior government official said the country's security service last week arrested five men on Yugoslav territory who belonged to an organization called Spider, which he said took instructions from Paris. 'We have arrested a number of French spies,' Yugoslav Information Secretary Goran Matic told a news conference. 'France was caught red-handed'." Suddenly, we consult our belief system and say that this act of international assassination is justified since we were told the president of Serbia was a bad man. The reader might well consider the implications of this. If my neighbor justified my own murder on the basis that he thought I was bad, what would that do to society as a whole? Yet, that is exactly what Mr. Clinton and his other cronies believe in. If they do not like someone around the world, they are justified in murdering him. If that French assassination squad had been successful, you may be sure it would have been reported in the media that a Serbian group opposed to Milosevik were responsible. Suddenly it would be made to seem all right to us that a national leader was just murdered. Considering this spirit of assassination, what justice has come from the Sudan pharmaceutical plant bombing? None! Considering these things, we may well conclude that we have been transformed into a nation of assassins. We are responsible for what our representatives do. Every single one of us is responsible. Murderers rule the world and we partake in the blood they spill. It is on all our hands. Just a few short years ago we thought these things were only practiced by Communists. Now we know, that, also, was a lie for us to buy. The West has proven itself as the snake that it is. It is now common knowledge that the U.S. infiltrates a country to manufacture dissent against a government it wants replaced. Congress approves money for these adventures as has been publicly stated. Then, when the government of that country seeks to quell the violence the U.S. creates, the U.S. president cries genocide. Soon we gather together a group of nations called NATO and attack the country until they stop this genocide that we made up. Actually, we attack them so the factions we desire to be in control are successful at taking over the government. This most recently happened in Kosovo. NATO managed to divide a nation thereby gaining control of much of the mineral wealth. U.S. government officials reported to the population that we must attack Serbia in order to stop genocide. They said hundreds of thousands were murdered and put in mass graves. The actual number proved to be about 2,000 people. While that may seem shocking, it is simply advisable to look at reality. Last year in the United States there were about 20,000 murders. We hardly notice the 150,000 people killed by our medical industry for giving the wrong drugs or the wrong amount. That is equal to about 500 Flight 800s every year. That does not include other medical accidents. Nothing at all is done about that. Besides this, we say nothing of the murder of 1,500,000 of the unborn, or recently born children, in our own country every year. The second thing to consider is how the Serbs, now being murdered by the Kosovars, are not treated in an equitable way. The NATO forces ring their hands in regret, but do not call it genocide, for it would implicate themselves. Now they report that it is simply that two ethnic groups are not getting along; exactly as it was before we poisoned their rivers and lands. It is okay, however, since now western interests control the region. Is it any wonder we are charged with imperialism by some of our own allies? Is it any wonder that some of our trading partners are willing to take our money but they do not trust us? We seem to think our friends and enemies cannot see what we do. In an article by Andrew Cawthorne and published on Excite News, a perfect example of this could be seen. Fidel Castro reports on U.S. hypocrisy. Cawthorne wrote: HAVANA (Reuters) - Cuban President Fidel Castro Sunday branded U.S. police action against protesters at a trade meeting in Seattle as worse than repression by Chile's former military ruler Augusto Pinochet. The fiery 73-year-old communist leader, often accused of repression at home, suggested that had such scenes been seen in Cuba, there would likely have been a NATO-led invasion of the island on grounds of human rights abuses. In comments broadcast on state television Sunday, Castro said the Cuban people, like the world, had been astonished at the U.S. police's "brutal methods". "They are images that not were even not seen in the era of repression in Chile, in the era of Pinochet," Castro said at Havana's Jose Marti international airport where he received late Saturday Cuba's returning WTO delegation. "In the "peaceful and cultured city of Seattle," Castro said, the world saw "a mass of masked men who looked like Martians or travelers to an unknown planet, with blood- curdling uniforms designed to frighten the people, and with aparati to hurl gas, bullets and blows." He added: "What would happen if such images came out of Cuba? ... They would say that it is a flagrant, massive violation of human rights, and therefore NATO would have to be used for a humanitarian intervention." ...His comments on Seattle followed high-profile coverage in Cuba's state media of the protests which Havana claims show the brutality of its northern neighbor and expose the hypocrisy of human rights' criticism against Castro's government. The thing to notice in this, is not the police action in Seattle as uncontrolled as it became. They might be expected to protect themselves against certain violent elements. One may equally consider that dictatorships use such force to get what they want and have done so for thousands of years. What should be noticed is that our own political system preaches peace, love and the spirit of helping the poor. We preach benevolence and harmony, but we deliver the very things we criticize other countries for. We say nice things, but we do not do nice things. This is the issue and this is the basis of the deception which now raises its head to rule over us. We cannot view events in the right light because of the smoke and mirrors.
